I purchased a Volkswagen from another dealer 3 years ago and had a horrible experience, so I was very nervous about what I might have to experience here. WOW what a difference! More

I found them in 2012, when I needed to get a new car pretty quickly. A friend of mine loved her Tiguan, and I was curious to check them out. I live in Evanston, with several dealerships within walking distance, including a VW shop. I wasn't impressed with the local dealerships, especially VW -- they acted like they were the only show in town, like they had other things to do, and like by business didn't matter to them. I was turned off and went home to check reviews on dealerships in the area. Jennings consistently had high reviews, so I rented a car to go check them out. I had a great experience with them, from sales to leasing. I got low pressure but attentive service from everyone. I chose to stick with service at Jennings as well, rather than deal with the local shop, and it's been great. My first lease with them was ending in September 2016, and I recently leased a second car from them -- an updated Tiguan. Again, the process was painless with these folks. I like to be thorough when I buy or lease a car, so did due diligence with other dealers, other brands, to compare and make sure I wasn't leaving a better deal elsewhere. I checked comparable Subaru and Honda models, and came back to Jennings. I got a really good deal that I'm happy with. I worked with Arek Aneszko on looking at / testing cars, and Paula Ciolino on the leasing. Both were helpful and professional. And again, no pressure. This is how I like to take care of my car needs. Excellent all around from price negotiation to delivery. I found Jennings through TrueCar as they quoted by far the best price.. My main contact was Keith Burns. They did not have the exact car I was lookin I found Jennings through TrueCar as they quoted by far the best price.. My main contact was Keith Burns. They did not have the exact car I was looking for in stock but Keith said he could find it and indeed he did very quickly. I was able to negotiate and arrange everything via email and a few phone calls with Keith. No games, no haggling, no high pressure sales tactics. I did not even have to give the customary $500 deposit. It was like shaking hands over the phone. We agreed that we'd pick up the car on a certain day at a certain time and that process was also very smooth and professional working with Arek Aneszko and Paula Ciolino. The car was for my son and Arek sat down with him and explained and helped him configure every setting, including Apple Play, You could tell that not only did he know everything about the car, he was genuinely excited about it and eager to share his knowledge with the customers. A Great Place to Buy a Car 10 years ago my wife was interested in a new car. As a Mercedes-Benz owner I suggested she consider another German brand Volkswagen. Although Jennings was not the closest VW dealer we decided to take a look. We had the good fortune of meeting Product Specialist Arek Aneszko that day. We acquired our first VW a Rabbit that day after enjoying a very pleasant purchase experience. In 2013 we again visited Jennings and purchased my wife's new Jetta Sportwagen from Arek. I myself was back a month later purchasing a 2013 Passat SEL Premium, again with the assistance of Arek. Unable to contain myself last Monday I acquired a 2016 Passat SEL Premium with Arek's able assistance. Car sales people are generally nomadic. Not at Jennings! Both the sales and service staff have remained consistent though out the years, which speaks to the way both Arek and Jennings do business. I'm pleased to recommend Jennings both sales and service. I must add the fact that Paula Ciolino made the paperwork process silky smooth. More
