Best VW dealership in Chicagoland. I went to quite a few VW dealerships and they were all shady. The typical hard sell and the worst part - treated me as if I were nothing because m I went to quite a few VW dealerships and they were all shady. The typical hard sell and the worst part - treated me as if I were nothing because my husband wasn't with me. Jennings was easy to do business with, everyone makes you feel like family. I feel as though I can call or stop in anytime for question or concern. A rarity!!!! More

We like our VW Atlas but the sales and service departments at Jennings leave a lot to be desired. We recently purchased out the lease on our car and the process of getting the car serviced post pu departments at Jennings leave a lot to be desired. We recently purchased out the lease on our car and the process of getting the car serviced post purchase was a complete nightmare. It is safe to say that we won’t be returning to the dealer for any future services and will purchase from somewhere else if we get another VW in the future. More
