From managers Arek and Ziggy, my salesman Nick and Erik in finance, every person I met there exceeded my expectations. Reset my belief that buying a car was worse than a root canal. My new Jetta is great and if my sales experience is an indication of the kind of service I can expect going forward I’m looking forward to more than just a hassle free experience at Jennings VW. Kind of renews my faith n the whole concept of ‘customer service’ - unlike other dealers in this market they didn’t price gouge despite literally being able to do so, they went above and beyond to work with me in the time it took to get funds transferred plus juggled all of us Jetta customers on sales day so each of us left with the car we wanted -amazing with the the limited supply. Just a really good experience with these folks. More
