When I called and gave her our criteria, she got back to us in record time with all of the information. Upon arriving we received the same warm and friendly greeting we remembered. She and Arik went about the business of filling our needs so efficiently and so courtesly, it was a most pleasant experience to buy the car. Your dealership get a "5" rating from us because you work with people in such a way that the customer feels you want to please them as much as you want to sell the car. You should be proud of your dealership, and I would refer to you as a class act. More
My car lease expired... I was sharing a car and needed to lease another. I had researched several and kept reading about the VW CC. I happened to drive by our VW dealership, was introduced to Kim and immedi lease another. I had researched several and kept reading about the VW CC. I happened to drive by our VW dealership, was introduced to Kim and immediately she was great! Knowledgeable, personable and, most importantly, patient. I studied the car with her... took a test drive and she gave me some numbers. I left to think about it. Returned with my significant other who "blessed" the car and the deal. But they couldn't find the configuration I wanted - it had to have a nav system. Kim suggested I visit the large lot of their inventory to see the car colors in natural light. Am I glad she did!!! My 2 first choices were not as I thought they would look in sunlight. However, I did find the color I loved. VW calls it "brown" but I see a grey/green shade. It's gorgeous. They found "brown"/black interior with a nav and I was sold! Financing was painless - thanks to them! The service "package is great, too! I've received so many compliments on the car... "Is it a Mercedes? An Audi?" Ah, German craftmanship! I just smile and say, "It's a VW!" More

I shopped at another VW dealer before I went to Jennings. I had a trade in and gave them the price the other dealer quoted. I went to three VW dealers to meet a salesperson and get pricing. I went to Autobarn Mt Prospect, North Shore VW and Jennings VW. I found the staff, expecially Arek Aneszko and the price proposal scenario t pricing. I went to Autobarn Mt Prospect, North Shore VW and Jennings VW. In comparison, Mt Prospect seemd like old school and North Shore was just not interested in spending the time I required. I have been back to Jennings for scheduled service and Kerry has been excellent. Too many people write only negative stuff but I chose to take the time to write positive reviews of Jennings. My airbag light was on, so I went to Jennings to check it out. They charged me about $130 for diagnosis and came out with an astonishing conclusion: an internal short of the LF airbag and asked for more than out. I shopped around and have a free diagnosis with mechanics at Dub Werks in Libertyville today. They found out the airbag light was simply caused by a loosen connector and fixed it for me only for $40. sales man was really nice and did not put a lot of pressure on me to buy. Service on the other had, horrible. Taking my CPO car for the fourth time to get the same problem fixed. Service managers are arrogant and rude. How hard is it to have a positive attitude with a customer. Asked specifically NOT to wash car several times and the rep claimed i said otherwise.
