From the moment I walked into the door, I felt comfortable. Keith Burns greeted me with a warm welcome and asked if I was looking for anything particular. I had not planned on purchashing a new Jetta that day, but with Keith's willingness to numerous test drives, along with fair pricing, I drove out with a beautiful brand new Jetta. I love the car and I truly enjoyed the treatment I received at Jennings. I have and will continue to recommend clients and friends to Jennings. Having driven the Jetta sedan for two weeks while on vacation (and loving it), I did some research online and determined I'd like to check out the Sportwagen. I met with Jason, drove the car and he off vacation (and loving it), I did some research online and determined I'd like to check out the Sportwagen. Arek Aneszko was great and I had the pleasure of interacting with him. He was courteous and caring and tried to listen to my concerns. The experience at Jennings was great overall, although I think interacting with him. He was courteous and caring and tried to listen to my concerns. The experience at Jennings was great overall, although I think the price could have been better. If the dealership had shaved off another thousand from the price and made the walk out figure a nice even number, then I would have said that undoubtedly it was the best car sales experience I have had to date. I was expecting a little more customer satisfaction on the price of a 2010 model with the time being so close to the release of the 2011 models. Regardless, overall I am happy. I am now awaiting how the dealership is with customers during their regularly scheduled maintenance after having dished out the dough. So far, so good. More
