If the dealership had shaved off another thousand from the price and made the walk out figure a nice even number, then I would have said that undoubtedly it was the best car sales experience I have had to date. I was expecting a little more customer satisfaction on the price of a 2010 model with the time being so close to the release of the 2011 models. Regardless, overall I am happy. I am now awaiting how the dealership is with customers during their regularly scheduled maintenance after having dished out the dough. So far, so good. More

First of all, this was one of the easiest car buying experience I had. Adam Ricco (sales) was most excellent. Adam was great keeping me updated with order status and emailed me right away when the car arrived at Jennings. It was refreshing to work with a sales person who knew his products and shared my enthusiasm towards a new GTI. Adam made car buying experience fun - which doesn't happen too often. The price was very fair and the negotiating process lasted only 10 minutes or so. During the delivery day, Paula Ciolino (business manager) was very helpful and the finance portion of the delivery went very smoothly. The car was nicely detailed and Adam made sure I knew all the features of the car. I would highly recommend Jennings for those who are looking for VWs . . . especially the new GTIs. Having exceeded my mileale allowance considerably was mitigated by their willingness to meet me halfway on the excess cost. This is my fourth VW lease and the easiest one so far!
