There are several dealerships in the Chicagoland area but they had the best deals around. Our salesman was very pleasant and "worked" with us. He did not pressure us into buying all of those additional add-ons that most dealers push at you. If you are interested in purchasing a VW Jennings would be the place to start. More

I wanted a VW Eos Lux with the technology package, and I could not find it in Texas. I tried working with a dealer in Houston, but the salesman never returned my queries. I tried working with a dealer in Austin, but they could not find anything in Texas for me, and they were unwilling to look out of state. I searched online and found the car I wanted, with the minimum of options that I could be happy with. I called Jennings to ask a question about the engine in cars sold in Illinois, and my call was taken by Arek. Arek was very knowledgable about the engine. He was able to answer my question right away. He then offered to help me find the exact car I wanted. He explained that his dealership was able to search for cars in multiple states and that they do this quite often to match their customers with the car they want. He made me feel very comfortable in allowing him to assist me. Arek soon called me back to let me know that he had found the car at another dealer in the area. Using phone, email, and fax, Arek led me through the process of applying for and getting accepted by VW credit, discussed pricing and offered me a fantastic deal, and secured the car from the other dealer. I had first called him on a Tuesday and the car would be ready for me as early as that Saturday. I could not travel that soon, so I made plans to purchase the car on the following Friday. Arek didn't drop a step. He made sure that my requested dealer added options were installed. He sent me pictures of my new car when it had arrived on their lot. He even picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership! During the purchase, Arek had me take the car for a test drive and inspect it to make sure I did not find anything wrong with the car. After the sale was complete, he took at least an hour to go through all of the details of the car operation, the stereo programming, the electronic system, everything. He wanted to make sure that I was well acquainted with my new vehicle before I drove away. All in all, Arek made this buying experience the best it could possibly be. The only regret I have now is that I don't live in Chicago. If I did, I know that I would be well taken care of by Jennings Volkswagen for the life of my car. More

The price was exactly where we needed to be. There was a tear on the seat and some discussion on whether to replace or repair it. Jennings and their employees have completely revolutionized the car buying experience. I was in the market for a smaller car and my search ended from the moment I walked into Jennings. The show room was clean and modern and everyone was incredibly courteous. I researched price options for the Jetta, went to Jennings to test drive, and after meeting with Sue, Don and Paula, I walked out with an outline of cost and extended warranty options. Don was really patient with me as I wavered on color, and wanting to test drive a second time. Don was thorough in his explanation of all the features, and Sue was incredibly friendly and gracious as we discussed the internet pricing quote. I decided on a Jetta LE. Don, Sue and Andrew worked to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, and within 2 days it was delivered to the dealership. When I went to sign off on the final paper work (with 0% financing!!!) and retrieve my car, I was incredibly anxious as I thought that I was going to experience the "heavy sell" for extra options, or have to deal with hidden fees that would pop up. But, in the end, it felt like I was buying my car from a favorite cousin. There was no "heavy sell" or hidden fees. Paula, the financing manager, was respectful and thorough. And again, Don went through all of the features of the car and made sure I was really comfortable before driving away. The honest and positive experience I had at Jennings make me want to be a VW owner for life! As long as they continue with this incredible customer service experience, I will always go to Jennings to buy my cars! More
