If the dealership had shaved off another thousand from the price and made the walk out figure a nice even number, then I would have said that undoubtedly it was the best car sales experience I have had to date. I was expecting a little more customer satisfaction on the price of a 2010 model with the time being so close to the release of the 2011 models. Regardless, overall I am happy. I am now awaiting how the dealership is with customers during their regularly scheduled maintenance after having dished out the dough. So far, so good. More

First of all, this was one of the easiest car buying experience I had. Adam Ricco (sales) was most excellent. Ken Lyon (general manager) and Adam helped me order a new 2010 MK6 GTI about 3 months ago. A experience I had. Adam Ricco (sales) was most excellent. Ken Lyon (general manager) and Adam helped me order a new 2010 MK6 GTI about 3 months ago. Adam was great keeping me updated with order status and emailed me right away when the car arrived at Jennings. It was refreshing to work with a sales person who knew his products and shared my enthusiasm towards a new GTI. Adam made car buying experience fun - which doesn't happen too often. The price was very fair and the negotiating process lasted only 10 minutes or so. During the delivery day, Paula Ciolino (business manager) was very helpful and the finance portion of the delivery went very smoothly. The car was nicely detailed and Adam made sure I knew all the features of the car. I would highly recommend Jennings for those who are looking for VWs . . . especially the new GTIs. It's a fantastic little car! More
After looking at VW, Honda and Toyota Sedan options over the past 12-months, I finally narrowed my search to VW. The next step was finding the right dealer to do business with and over a 12-month period, I encountered several personality types. "What do I have to do to get you in a car this afternoon," doesn't work for me. Alan Guevarra got it. At no point did I feel pressure to buy a car. He took a much appreciated approach in learning more about me as a consumer, what I was looking for in a car and provided many answers to questions to better narrow my search (between the Jetta Sedan, Jetta SportWagen and Tiguan). I immediately realized Jennings offered a professional, 'no pressure' environment to buy a car. Alan was friendly and knowledgeable and allowed me additional time to think about the purchase. Never did his follow-up calls come across as aggressive, but only commitment in delivering the right car. Both Ken and Paula were also very helpful throughout the sales process. I'm very happy with my experience at Jennings and rate the dealer '5-Stars' in Customer Service! I now consider Alan a friend and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. P.S. I LOVE my Jetta SportWagen TDI! More
