I was interested in getting a Volkswagen and found out about a special that was being offered the day before it was to expire. I found Sue's contact information on the internet and called her. She was very helpful and friendly and told me that they would give me a few days after the special if I could not make it into the dealership in time. When I went into Jennings to test drive the vehicles, I was put in touch with Don who was very pleasant to work with throughout the transaction of buying my new Jetta!! I first wanted a TDI and he was very knowledgable in explaining the car and the difference between the 2 models. One thing I was hesitant about before entering a dealership was being pressured by dealers especially after talking to 2 friends that had just bought cars and had a horrible experience. Don did not pressure me at all and was very patient with me when I couldn't decide on what color I wanted to get! I will definately send all of my friends that are looking for a Volkswagen to Jennings! More

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson and staff. I would go there again. They agreed ahead of time to match a Carmax offer sheet for my 2010 Mazda CX-9 and sold me a 2011 Golf TDI for $400 below invoi would go there again. When I came in they were true to their word, which is more than I can say for other dealerships in my past experience (for example Autobarn). More

I was in the market for (another) VW and stopped in at Jennings just to see what they had in stock. I had been talking to another VW dealer, but the Jennnings salesman, Keith Burns, was extremely helpful Jennings just to see what they had in stock. He found me the model I was looking for in another dealer's stock, and I drove away with a new car 2 days later, very happy. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in, which isn't always the case elsewhere. More

The salesperson was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He was also a very friendly guy and greeted me as soon as I arrived at the dealer. My wife and I were in the market for a new stationwagon, and Sue Guido and Don Reilly couldn't have been more accomodating. In fact, I purchased a VW from Sue nearly 10 years ago, and it is a testimonial t and Sue Guido and Don Reilly couldn't have been more accomodating. In fact, I purchased a VW from Sue nearly 10 years ago, and it is a testimonial to Jennings that she is still there, though now as a manager. Don was my main contact and took me and my wife on SEVERAL test drives during the course of our decision-making process as we were comparing different manufacturers. It was a stress-free and relaxing experience - absolutely no pressure - and Don really wanted to make sure we got the right car for our needs. We ultimately settled on a Jetta Sportwagen TDI, which Jennings had in stock in the exact color combination we wanted. We had a fair and FAST negotiation for our trade-in and the purchase price of the car (both were very fair), and we were on our way. A truly great experience and measures above another area VW dealer that did too much fast-talking, typical car-selling lines. Jennings is the place, and Don Reilly and Susan Guido are my recommended go-to people. Even the financing manager, Paula, is a pleasure to work with. A+ all the way around. More
