I was in the market to buy a Certified VW CC and Jerry (as well as the other staff at Jennings) made this a truly wonderful experience! To start off with Jerry was very helpful over the phone, describing the vehicles they had in stock, etc. In person he was (in my opinion) an ideal salesman! He was not too pushy, he made sure that I felt comfortable. He was friendly and answered all questions that I had about the car. He was also a good guide for someone who is buying a car for the first time. In addition to this, after I had driven away Jerry (and his Manager) actually helped me to set up the Sirius for the car. (Since there was some lag in the paperwork I couldn't do it myself.) This gesture really hit the spot for me. I don't normally write reviews for anything but, I really believe that if you're in the market for a car, you should talk to Jerry! My only gripe was that the dealership wasn't too flexible with the price. (I'm sure that everyone feels this way though and I would strongly recommend them nonetheless!!!) More

My first experience with Jennings VW was 6 years ago when I bought a New Beetle. That purchase was a refreshingly pleasant one. Over the years Alan has always taken the time to check in and see how the family and I was doing, and to make sure I was happy with my Volkswagen experience. He was at the top of my list when it came to looking for a new car, and the Volkswagen product had proven itself as well over the last 6 years.Once again we had a pleasant experience at the dealership, and walked away feeling good about the purchase. This time it turned out to be a 2011 GTI. Paula in the financing dept. was also a real pleasure to deal with, and went out of her way to work with me and consider my needs. Hats off to her as well!
