Purchased a used 2015 Nissan from Jennings VW on 9/16/23. On 11/21/23 we took the vehicle to a local Nissan dealer to perform general maintenance and was advised the vehicle did not pass a safety inspection On 11/21/23 we took the vehicle to a local Nissan dealer to perform general maintenance and was advised the vehicle did not pass a safety inspection and needed $1938.91 in front end repairs. I emailed their Business Manager and included a copy of the repair estimate. I also notified their Service Department via their website and have yet to hear back from anyone. We were assured the vehicle had gone through a Jennings 150 point inspection before being offered for sale. Profits over safety. Not replying to a customer over a safety concern is disturbing. More
