I was in the market to buy a Certified VW CC and Jerry (as well as the other staff at Jennings) made this a truly wonderful experience! I visited a few other dealerships in and around Chicago and Jennings (as well as the other staff at Jennings) made this a truly wonderful experience! I visited a few other dealerships in and around Chicago and Jennings not only had the car that fit my criteria, but they were also a pleasure to deal with. To start off with Jerry was very helpful over the phone, describing the vehicles they had in stock, etc. In person he was (in my opinion) an ideal salesman! He was not too pushy, he made sure that I felt comfortable. He was friendly and answered all questions that I had about the car. He was also a good guide for someone who is buying a car for the first time. In addition to this, after I had driven away Jerry (and his Manager) actually helped me to set up the Sirius for the car. (Since there was some lag in the paperwork I couldn't do it myself.) This gesture really hit the spot for me. I don't normally write reviews for anything but, I really believe that if you're in the market for a car, you should talk to Jerry! My only gripe was that the dealership wasn't too flexible with the price. (I'm sure that everyone feels this way though and I would strongly recommend them nonetheless!!!) More
