I general my overall experience was very good through the initial new car sales transaction. However for minor follow-up on unclosed issues they seem to be very lax. I walked into the dealership seriously considering a Jetta purchase. Don helped me and we test drove two different models. I have a tall family, and Don (6'6") very nicely agreed to get in the backse Jetta purchase. Don helped me and we test drove two different models. I have a tall family, and Don (6'6") very nicely agreed to get in the backseat to show me if there was enough leg room (there was!). He was helpful and knowledgable all the way through. He gave me a tour of the facility and service area and explained the service agreement. We worked with the manager to negotiate a price/down payment and then I went to the finance office. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to process the paperwork - usually this takes hours and I believe I was walking out in less than an hour!! Paula Ciolino is the finance manager and very organized, thorough and personable. She even gave me my new license plates w/sticker - no temporary plates. Again, very efficient and organized. I was quite impressed with the entire dealership and have shared that with many people already, and will continue to do so. Don and Paula ensured it was a very pleasant experience all the way around! We purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen Passat last night and we could not be happier with the experience. We had been to MANY dealerships over the past several weeks trying to purchase a car after the engine seized in our Jeep, and Jennings was absolutely the best experience we had. Everyone who worked with us, Adel, Ray Morris, and the finance department were patient and easygoing. We highly recommend everyone here at Jennings, and will be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle in the future. Very high marks indeed. More
