I bought a VW Golf TDI this week. I was treated well at Jennings VW, overall I would say it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. They seem to really care about building their business w Jennings VW, overall I would say it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. They seem to really care about building their business with honest high quality transactions. The sales person, Newell Colber, made sure I got the exact car I wanted (he had to get it from another dealer and he didn't try to talk me into taking a car on their lot). He really encouraged me to take my time and figure out exactly what I wanted. We agreed on a price and they stuck to it. And lastly, Newell really understood all of the features of the car and was very generous with his time explaining things. I have had bad and mediocre experiences buying more expensive cars at other dealerships. My motive in writing this note is to say thank you to Jennings and Newell and also to encourage businesses that working honestly and towards customer satisfaction is the best way to go. More

He has always shown extreme patience and a genuine concern for his client to be at ease with their transaction as well as knowledgable about the car their are leaving with. I happily returned to Jennings VW following my conversations with Jason Adler and Arek about purchasing my next vehicle. It's very important for me to feel like the saleperson is hearing my concerns and taking them into consideration when purchasing a car. Jason and Arek have a genuine integrity about how they serve their clients and it shows. I am extrmeely thrilled that I continued my relationship with Jennings VW and even more that I have a solid team of salespeople like Arek and Jason that I work with. I know that I'm in good hands here and I share my experiences at the dealership with my friends in the hopes that it helps them make good choices about where they shop for their next car/truck. More

My experience with Jennings and Don Reilly was very helpful and positive. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove off the lot, Don was exceedingly courteous, informative, and all-aro helpful and positive. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove off the lot, Don was exceedingly courteous, informative, and all-around fantastic to work with. He truly went "above and beyond" the call in helping me find exactly the right car, from test drives to locating the car with the exact color and options that I wanted. Don was friendly, considerate, and straightforward every step of the way, which made this experience truly enjoyable. Thank you Don Reilly and Jennings Volkswagen... I love my new GTI! More

Everyone we worked with at Jennings seemed to be on board of providing good customer service. The guy was very friendly, and you could easily tell that he knows how to sell cars. It didn't take too long to make a deal. Negotiated pricing via email. Was able to 'reserve' the car we wanted and drove up to buy the car the following Saturday. Car was ready to go with our name on it. Had to negotiate a couple of accessories, car we wanted and drove up to buy the car the following Saturday. Car was ready to go with our name on it. Service visits have not gone as planned and my wife has been told twice she would be in done in less than an hour and it's been about 2 hours during each of the 10M services. She wishes they would be more up front with the expected wait. More

After having visite another VW dealership in the City of Chicago, the attention, friendliness and prefessionalism of all the employees we dealt with in Jennings VW have no comparison. The sales consultant knew everything about the car and took the time and attention to go over details, car functions, our endless questions, showed us around the dealership (for when we need to take teh car in for service) and all this being patient, friendly and without forcing a sale.
