Jason really took care of us and had great customer service. He got straight to the point, which was our purpose as well. I have dealt with many new car salesmen and dealerships , but I would have to say this is the best new car dealership I have ever dealt with . My last 4 car purchases have all begun over the internet , but I would have to say them manner in which Sue Guido responded to my inquiry , and answering my questions, began the process at Jennings VW. She set up an appointment for me to come in and introduced me to Arek Anesszko. Arek was great , he really knew his product , together we spent over an hour going over all the details of the 2011 sportwagen TDI, and then took a complete test drive. This is the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with , very knowledgable . Informed me about the car and Jennings dealership. Arek gave me a tour of the Dealership property and even introduced me to the service staff. My wife even commented (and she hates looking at , or buying a car), she did not mind and even enjoyed the Jennings experience. More

Hi, first time buying a VW so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a great car buying experience. I was met at the door by Chrissy and right away she offered to show me the cars and explain the pros/ expect. It was a great car buying experience. I was met at the door by Chrissy and right away she offered to show me the cars and explain the pros/cons of each after asking me what I was looking for in a car. She demonstrated all the mechanisms of the Jetta. I didn't feel like she was hurrying me through or pressuring me to buy. When it came time to discuss cost, Ken Lyon provided a price quote which was actually lower than what I had in mind, and he actually negotiated the price a bit lower than that! Financing with Paula Ciolino was painless; she explained all fine print of the documents. Buying a car at this dealership is absolutely the opposite of the sterotypical car buying experience. Everyone was very kind, calm, and welcoming. I went home with a lovely and sqeaky clean new car...Thanks! More

The entire experience was outstanding. We were not particularly certain we wanted to purchase a car at this time, nor were we set on a Routan. They provided us with sufficient information without being aggressive or demanding. Whenever we had requests for more information, Keith contacted us in a timely manner. He even showed the car to my wife's parents. They were concerned that they would not be able to get in our out of the auto. He showed them the car and convinced them. We were under a deadline since my wife was leaving town, and Keith came in on his day off to deliver the auto. They found the one we wanted in a day. It has been a pleasant experience. More

I walked into the dealership seriously considering a Jetta purchase. Don helped me and we test drove two different models. I have a tall family, and Don (6'6") very nicely agreed to get in the backse Jetta purchase. Don helped me and we test drove two different models. I have a tall family, and Don (6'6") very nicely agreed to get in the backseat to show me if there was enough leg room (there was!). He was helpful and knowledgable all the way through. He gave me a tour of the facility and service area and explained the service agreement. We worked with the manager to negotiate a price/down payment and then I went to the finance office. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to process the paperwork - usually this takes hours and I believe I was walking out in less than an hour!! Paula Ciolino is the finance manager and very organized, thorough and personable. She even gave me my new license plates w/sticker - no temporary plates. Again, very efficient and organized. I was quite impressed with the entire dealership and have shared that with many people already, and will continue to do so. Don and Paula ensured it was a very pleasant experience all the way around! We purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen Passat last night and we could not be happier with the experience. Adel, our salesperson was not only efficient and very hard working, but was also kind and accommodating we could not be happier with the experience. We had been to MANY dealerships over the past several weeks trying to purchase a car after the engine seized in our Jeep, and Jennings was absolutely the best experience we had. Everyone who worked with us, Adel, Ray Morris, and the finance department were patient and easygoing. We highly recommend everyone here at Jennings, and will be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle in the future. Very high marks indeed. More

From my first contact with Jenniings internet person, Sue Guido, the process was seamless. They even had my salesperson, Alan Gueyarra, drive into Chicago to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership all the paperwork was ready to be signed and after a test drive of my new car the whole process was handled quickly and professionally. I came from Cincinnati to buy a car from this dealer. The sales people were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The price of the vehicle I bought was very fair and they even sent me the missing DVD remote and headphones when I got home (no charge). I would recommend this dealership and Lenny! More
