I visited 3 other VW dealers (for a 2012 CC) and 2 Cadillac dealers (for a 2011 CTS) before reaching Jenn friendlist and helpful staffs in the area. Chris Hallenberg is a phenomenal sales representative, he is low pressure and really helps you look for what you want in a vehicle. He also makes you feel like you're part of the family.
