Had a very wonderful buying experence at Jennings VW. All the sales personel were very helpful. Inernet Sales Manager Sue Guido was very helpful and working with her and Chrissy made my experence of comming the sales personel were very helpful. I gave this perfect rating because my entire experience at Jennings was perfect. Amir, my salesman was a pleasure to work with. Not only was it a great car buying experience, it was as if I was amongst old at Jennings was perfect. Amir, my salesman was a pleasure to work with. Not only was it a great car buying experience, it was as if I was amongst old friends. There was none of the usual "annoying/ aggressive" car salesman routine I've grown accustom to over the years. I am extremely happy with my experience and purchase at Jennings! I knew I likely wanted to purchase a vehicle from them when I had done some research online and discovered they were ranked so highly and Jennings! They really exceeded my expectations though. I originally went to their dealership looking at purchasing a brand new vehicle. Through working with Newell and Paula I started looking at some of their used vehicles and fell in love with a 2009 VW Jetta. Newell was so knowledgable about all of the features and aspects of the car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere, however Paula is one of the most professional and nice people I have ever worked with. I never felt pressured any of the times I visited Jennings and everyone was always so nice and helpful. When I came back a few weeks later to actually purchase the car (and I live 2 hours away from the dealership) the process was very easy and quick. The car was perfectly clean and was waiting for me outside. I would strongly recommend this dealership and will likely always purchase a car from them. More

My experience with Jennings Volkswagon was abyssmal. I was shopping for a Volkswagon Eos and wanted a very specific color and interior. Through my online searches, I found that Jennings was listing the ve was shopping for a Volkswagon Eos and wanted a very specific color and interior. Through my online searches, I found that Jennings was listing the vehicle that I wanted. Strangely, though other dealers said that that specific car had already been sold, however when I called Jennings they said in fact that it was still at the dealer. I called and asked if I could come by one Saturday and asked if anyone was looking at the car. They assured me that no one was looking at it. So I drove an hour out to the dealer, test drove the vehicle and sat down to begin negotiating. Ten minutes into the conversation, a sales lady steps in and says oh that car? It was just sold. It was a complete scam from start to finish to get me in the door! This dealership can not be trusted and represent the worst of what people assume about car dealers. I have since purchased a Chevy Cruze and unfortunately as a result of this experience - Volkswagon has lost my business all together. More

My experience at Jennings was fantastic - I highly recommend them! I did a lot of shopping around and Jennings was the only dealership that had the level of customer service I was looking for from th recommend them! Let me start off by saying I had visited 2 VW dealerships before working with Chrissy at Jenning's Volkswagen in Glenview. Not only did we feel we got a fair price for our trade in and new Jetta Sportswagen before working with Chrissy at Jenning's Volkswagen in Glenview. Not only did we feel we got a fair price for our trade in and new Jetta Sportswagen TDI but the customer service was impeciable! She was extremely personalble. No high pressure cut throat saleswoman here! She made sure we were comfortable through the whole process and was very honest about everything. One thing I can not stand when buying a car is when you ask the salesperson a question and they make up an answer if not knowing it instead of offering to simply look into it further. Chrissy was not like this unlike a previous VW salesperson from another dealership. Let me just say that we are very happy VW owners so far and in a few years we will be in the market again for a new car for my husband. It's looking like we are most interested in another VW (go figure)! Well they will have our return business! In conclusion thank you Chrissy and Jennings Volkswagen for making the process so painless! More

I general my overall experience was very good through the initial new car sales transaction. However for minor follow-up on unclosed issues they seem to be very lax.
