When i came into Jennings I had my head set on a VW CC because that is what I thought would fulfill my transportation needs. After speaking with Alan for a few minutes I realized that this is the person because that is what I thought would fulfill my transportation needs. After speaking with Alan for a few minutes I realized that this is the person that I wanted to work with. Not only did I sense a person with superior knowledge of the Volkwagen line, but he is definitely a man with integrity. After spending some time with Alan, I realized that Alan wasn't looking for a sale, (the typical feeling I get when I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships) Alan simply was trying to help me find the right vehicle that was suitable for all my needs. After recommending the 2012 Passat, I then realized if it wasn't for Alan, I may not have been as happy with the purchase of a new vehicle. This is the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased and must say I was blessed to work with such great people. I have never been happier and would recommend the Jennings family to any person who is seriously considering buying any vehicle. Amir Dizdarevic and Sue Quido were great! Both were very knowledgeable in their respective disciplines and very customer service oriented. The car I was looking for was a fairly rare version, TDI Jetta Sportswagon with a manual transmission. I got a new Routan from them early this month. No Bullshit "worksheets" like other dealers, got a great price within 10 minutes of negotiation. Amir is by far the best salesman ever worked with. We weren’t supposed to purchase a car that night. Very politely, Eric Breitbach approached us while we were car perusing, and we welcomed Eric with our questions about the Jetta…let me tell you he was fantastic. Take this from some one who hates car dealers, deals with them every single day in my work field, and absolutely trusts no one! Oh and I mean no one, especially car dealers. As returning buyers, Eric made our buying experience very smooth and comfortable. He answered all our questions thoroughly knowledgeably and I loved how laid back he was. We didn't feel pushed into or pressured into anything or experience any of those sorts of things one usually experiences with retail. He was sort of like an easy going friend that we visited and give us a welcoming tour with lots of insight and knowledge of all the products available. The other thing I appreciated from Eric was his direct responses. Their was no beating around the bush when we asked for pricing just straight out this what we can do for you with no strings attached, tricks, or coming back with changes. We were so happy with the car and the deal my family was impressed…so my father in law went in with my husband the very next day to purchase a vehicle. Of course, Eric had to be the one to assist us again. That’s how well we were treated. You also receive incentives for referring people to their dealer which was neat. Overall, husband’s happy, I’m happy, and father in law is happy….Thanks Eric! More
