Returning from Germany to the US I needed a new car and just accidentally we drove by at Jennings in Glenview (which is pretty far from Downers Grove where we live) and we decided to just have a look at so just accidentally we drove by at Jennings in Glenview (which is pretty far from Downers Grove where we live) and we decided to just have a look at some new cars. I wanted to buy a VW anyway since I had many of them in Germany (where I lived till 2005) and was always very satisfied. We met Don and he was very friendly and supportive even when we told him that Jennings is basically too far from our place when it comes to service. We were able to drive the new Passat (very nice car!) and the new Jetta. Don stayed in touch with me since I had to return to Germany for another 3 weeks and at the end we also got the best price so we decided to buy our new car at Jennings once I finally returned to the US middle of October. Unfortunately (!) the Passat Diesel I was looking for had a long delivery time but Don showed us some new Jettas as an alternative and they had exactly what we were looking for in stock (unfortunately not a Diesel) and Don worked hard to get everything arranged for us so that we were able to leave the dealership with a nice new Jetta 2.5 SEL. I guess we got a really good deal but what we appreciated most was Don's friendliness and the way he treated us as customers (and we are not one of these spoiled customers). Also, I have to say that we had a lot of fun together which was just great :-) Jennings will be our first choice should we need another Volkswagen, maybe a Passat, some day. More

Extremely good customer service, especially for a person who is from out of state. I had Spoken to Andrew & Arek over the telephone, I wanted to by a VW Passat TDI, it was a difficult car to find, especiall who is from out of state. Andrew and Arek, found the car at another dealer and obtained it for me. They handled everything very well over the telephone and made it a very pleasant buying experience. I worked with Paula from Finance, she took my information over the telephone and was able to get the best finance rate for me without any hassles. Arek went the extra mile, he was kind enough to pick me up from the airport. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its various functions, he explained each and every function in the car. Overall, I was very much pleased with the great customer service I received from Jennings and its employees. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

I was really shocked by the value Jennings offered me. When I selected a new car to lease, they worked with me EVERY step of the way, tailoring every last detail to my lifestyle and budget. In the end, my old car that needed several repairs was paid off with room to spare, the new lease reduced my monthly payments, and all of my insurance was taken care of before I drove away. It was a no-brainer! I came from 20 miles away to get to this dealer even though there were other VW dealer options closer to me. However, I will continue to come here for all of my car's servicing and furture purchasing needs. I couldn't have done better anywhere else. More

We felt very comfortable in this dealership. A friend recommended that we but from there. We got a competitive price on the car via the Internet, then paid a visit. When it turned out that he had exactly the car we were looking for in stock, we decided not to look further. My only complaint was that the actual process of buying the car took much longer than necessary as they tried to up-sell us on a package of $4500 worth of added warranty items. I fully understand their motivation ($$), but will insist that it be skipped by the next dealer we buy from. Other than that waste of a late hour, we were very satisfied with Jennings. More

I walked in to Jennings to test drive the 2012 CC. Amir was great about taking one out and showing us how great a car this is. He was very knowledgable about the car, the German manufacturing and the qual was great about taking one out and showing us how great a car this is. It took about 2 weeks but when it arrived it was the exact car as promised. Paula was great to work with on all of the financing. Upon delivery, Amir walked me through all of the features and offered to help out with any thing not understood. The car was immaculate at delivery and everything has been great since. Definitley would recommend Jennings to anyone! More
