Very nice and funny guy who helped me so much in taking all the right decisions, explained everything in great detail,very knowledgeable,really listened to what I needed,he guided me thru the whole process and made me realize that buying a car could be a very pleasant experience and not a long and stressful 3-4 hour waiting....I got out of there with my new car in less than 2 hrs and i am so happy with the new purchase. I have been getting my VW from Jennings since 2001 and although the entire team is wonderful and supportive (and fun to be around in a pleasant atomsphere) - Sue Guido is the reason I keep coming back. No matter what is happening in my life when it's time for a new car, Sue is ready. It helps that she loves her product and that she knows her customers needs, sometimes before they know themselves. My example is about the arm rest - To have or not to have? Sue never pushed me to go with the package that the arm rest came with, she just took the time to let me try both verisons and I realized immediatley that I could not live without an arm rest. She is just that thoughtful and concerned about her customers. Newell and Paula and the rest of the team are great as well and really are nice people (including the service team who are always so attentive and helpful and please can someone explain how they get my parking pass sticker switched over so perfectly? I have had the same sticker since 2001 and I have never had to replace it and it looks as good as new! Amazing!) Thank you for everything! More

Including the financing, that price happened to be one of the lowest offers on the table. This was my first Volkswagen and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Visiting several other dealerships during my search (VW & Mini), Arek, Sue and Paula were the most professional and that made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They made every effort to ensure I was satisfied. During the transaction, I decided on a different vehicle and they went as far as providing me a loaner car while my golf arrived from port. Not many dealerships I know would help a customer like that. That being said, I would highly recommend visiting Jennings if you’re in the market for a new Volkswagen. More
