I walked in to Jennings to test drive the 2012 CC. Amir was great about taking one out and showing us how great a car this is. He was very knowledgable about the car, the German manufacturing and the qual was great about taking one out and showing us how great a car this is. He was very knowledgable about the car, the German manufacturing and the quality. I then worked with Ken Lyon to locate this car in my color. It took about 2 weeks but when it arrived it was the exact car as promised. Paula was great to work with on all of the financing. Upon delivery, Amir walked me through all of the features and offered to help out with any thing not understood. The car was immaculate at delivery and everything has been great since. Definitley would recommend Jennings to anyone! More

Salesman nowadays aren't really there to sell you car anymore, rather make sure the one you picked out at home is right for you or not. Like 99% of buyers, I did a bunch of research before actually shopp anymore, rather make sure the one you picked out at home is right for you or not. Like 99% of buyers, I did a bunch of research before actually shopping for a car at a dealership. Don right off the bat didn't try to sell anything but wanted me to test drive the car I picked out online. This was the best thing that he could'e done. I didn't like the ride and test drove different models until I did like one. Very patient and friendly throughout the entire ordeal. The experience was near perfect except for a not so pleasurable conversation with the sales manager Andrew Low. But Ken Lyon ( not sure if last name is correct) was one of the best managers I've ever dealt with. More

I had quickly surfed the net (less than a day) to find a car that I wanted. In my world, if I see something and want it - I find and buy it. I came across and was impressed with the look and specs of the car that I wanted. In my world, if I see something and want it - I find and buy it. I came across and was impressed with the look and specs of the 2012 VW CC. I found one dealer in the area that claimed to carry this vehicle, unfortunately this was not the case. I checked out Jennings VW dealership website which stated it had the 2012 VW CC. Seeing as it was just minutes from home, I stopped in that day to see if they had the vehicle - and they did! I was told that the vehicle with color and such I was requesting would be in the following week. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Adler. I received excellent service, professional and respectful care from the staff with an overall exceptional experience! They were fast and efficient, just the way I like to do business! More
