I just leased my second car with Jennings yesterday through Don Reilly and Paula Ciolino. The lease on my first car was due to expire in April so we had been working together since February of this ye through Don Reilly and Paula Ciolino. The lease on my first car was due to expire in April so we had been working together since February of this year. The reason for this length of time was that my home mortgage was in the process of modification and this, of course, affected my credit. I asked for and received a lease extension from VW; little did any of us know that it would be October before I received a permanent modification on my mortgage loan. During this nine month period, Don would email or call me to ask how I was doing. He stayed in touch with me without being annoying; I had the feeling that both he and Paula were rooting for me just because they liked me - not because they were looking toward the eventual money I would bring to the dealership with a future lease. In fact, every time I walked into Jennings, someone, whether it was Keith or Ken or Paula or Don or Pat Melone in service - would greet me with a giant smile, a kind hello, and actually call me by name. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car or to have one serviced. In fact, the true test of my trust in Don is that I would send my 87 year-old aunt, a nun, to buy a car from him. This is my second lease with Jennings.they are very professional, the staff was always helpful, i got answers to all my questions. My sales rep was Mike Fezatte. Very nice and funny guy who helped me so much in taking all the right decisions, explained everything in great detail,very knowledgeable,really listened to what I needed,he guided me thru the whole process and made me realize that buying a car could be a very pleasant experience and not a long and stressful 3-4 hour waiting....I got out of there with my new car in less than 2 hrs and i am so happy with the new purchase. I will recommend Jennings VW and Mike Fezatte to all my family and friends! Thanks Mike & Jennings! More

I have been getting my VW from Jennings since 2001 and although the entire team is wonderful and supportive (and fun to be around in a pleasant atomsphere) - Sue Guido is the reason I keep coming back. No matter what is happening in my life when it's time for a new car, Sue is ready. It helps that she loves her product and that she knows her customers needs, sometimes before they know themselves. My example is about the arm rest - To have or not to have? Sue never pushed me to go with the package that the arm rest came with, she just took the time to let me try both verisons and I realized immediatley that I could not live without an arm rest. She is just that thoughtful and concerned about her customers. Newell and Paula and the rest of the team are great as well and really are nice people (including the service team who are always so attentive and helpful and please can someone explain how they get my parking pass sticker switched over so perfectly? I have had the same sticker since 2001 and I have never had to replace it and it looks as good as new! Amazing!) Thank you for everything! More
