Well I wanted to begin of saying that Jennings was always the first place I wanted to come to and purchase a brand new car. It was almost like love at first sight when I saw the car that I wanted to purchase. But what made the experience even better was the friendliness of the Salesperson that I had. Amir took the time and made sure that we got exactly what we came for. He was patient with us, and was not annoying about making a sale like any other salesperson would do. I purchased new 2012 tiguan from jennings with Amir, Sue, and Paula. They are very honest car dealer and they are always upfront and no hidden cost. I would strongly recommend Amir, Sue and Paula who knows how deal with non native english speaker. However, the other dealer that I experienced with Mt.Prospect VW dealer They were very rude and playing with financial option and other numbers to cover their profit. Especially, if you are not a fluent native english speaker, you'd better stay away from them. They are not friendly enough for non english speaker, and try to play with price, and even yell to customer which I totally don't understand how they can do service business like this. I bought a 2011 Jetta from Don Reilly, through a relationship with the GM Jim Walsh, and the support of the sales manager Ken Lyon. It was a fantastic experience, and I put 13,000 miles on in less than 6 months, including the complimentary oil change and tire rotation in their service dept. A week and a half ago, I got rear ended by a drunk driver, and pushed into another car in front of me, while stopped for a train. The drunk drove off, and was quickly arrested, but my car turned out to be totaled. If you saw the car, you would have thought I was at a minimum, quite hurt. Truth is, a day later I had a small bruise where the seat belt held me in safely. Jennings has a copy of the pic, you wouldn't believe the damage a 45 mile-an-hour truck does to the back of a Jetta, and yet I didn't have a scratch. State Farm quickly handled the insurance, and I called up Don late morning, and picked up another new Jetta, this time a 2012 and picked up that afternoon. Transaction was seamless, and Jennings even got the financing handled before the insurance check was received by Volkswagen Credit.
