I ordered a vehicle to my specifications, and Mr. Fezatte provided me with regular updates on the vehicle's manufacturing and delivery timetables. When the vehicle arrived, finalizing the transaction was quick and easy and I drove away with the recognition that this was simply the best new car buying transaction I have experienced. Alan was very friendly and made sure that we were up-to-date as the sale progressed. Together with his managers, he was able to find us a car in high demand and short supply in a matter of days and had it on-site and ready for pick up within a week. More

Once I am ready to go to a dealership, I know exactly what I want and how much I am ready to pay for it. Thus,whenever I need to change my car, I always dread the process as I would have to deal with dealers who tend not to listen to what I actually want and try to squeeze every last penny they can, quite often in a borderline insulting way. Jennings was a completely different experience. I posted an internet request for a quote to a number of dealerships. While most of the responses were along the lines of: "Call us, come over and we'll come up with something.", Jennings guys actually sent me a quote that was completely reasonable from the outset. I tried to match it with other dealers in town and even got a response: "This quote must be for the model with a smaller engine, but come over and we'll talk." At that point, I decided I would go with Jennings. I was very clear that I was only interested in a specific model and a specific deal, and if those two were not available, I would not make a purchase. They understood what I wanted and did not try any of the, unfortunately, so common car sales tactics "You want a boat, but we have such good deals on airplanes!" They were also very reasonable with my trade-in. The car I traded in was in a really bad shape. The initial offer was a bit too low, but within minutes we came up with a number that was acceptable for both sides. Did I get the best deal ever? Probably, not. Did I save myself from hours of pointless arguing with a sales person who does not listen? Absolutely, yes! In summary, if I take into account the price I got, no interest financing for 60 months, and a completely hassle-free experience, the overall deal was GREAT! I would recommend this dealership. If you decide to drop by, ask for Arek. He is completely opposite from any stereotype of a typical car dealer. More
I was looking to purchase my first car. My grandfather lives about 2 blocks away from Jennings Volkswagon. So, we went over and was shown some cars by Keith. We bought a new car from Alan a while back. We were a young couple and not very experienced. Unfortunately, looking back, we now realize that he took advanage of that. He was very high pressure and a jus young couple and not very experienced. Unfortunately, looking back, we now realize that he took advanage of that. He was very high pressure and a just a pompous jerk. His sales tactics are slimy and he is the epitome of why people have such negative perceptions of car salesmen. Since that experience, we have learned quite a bit and have thankfully had much better experiences at dealerships. Just looking at his picture makes me cringe! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. More
When I called in to speak with a salesperson Mr. Burns was very helpful, informative, patient..very proffesional, he was no nonsense, answering my questions to help me find the right car for me. Well, he did indeed find the perfect car for me, very quickly I might add. I went in the next day to test drive, and I was very happy with what I saw and drove, so much so that I purchased the car then and there. That was about three months ago, and each day I really love my car more and more..it had all the features I wanted in a vehicle. I must say from our initial phone call, to coming in to the dealership which in itself was an awesome showroom, everyone was wonderful. This was a great purchase experience thanks to Mr. Burns, and I must say he must love what he does..because it shows in his work. Thank you again, Anastasia Graham More
