I was pricing a 2012 VW CC R-Line locally (Indiana), and it wasn't available so it needed to be brought in. The dealer I was working with quoted me above MSRP + asked that I pay their cost to go get the car it wasn't available so it needed to be brought in. The dealer I was working with quoted me above MSRP + asked that I pay their cost to go get the car from another dealer in another state. I was hesitant of the deal, so started to look around. The R-Line in white is hard to find at the moment, but Jennings had 1 in stock. Don Reilly quoted me a price that was directly in line with what my research indicated as a good price. I had lots of questions, and through various emails and phone calls, everything I asked about was answered to my satisfaction. I committed to leasing the R-Line. Don was super helpful and getting me all details and and making sure I had everything I needed to have to make the transaction work. I rented a car and drove in to O'Hare to drop off, where Don was nice enough to pick me up. We drove to the dealership and worked out all details, then completed the transaction with Paula. This was the best car-purchasing experience I've ever had. Don walked me through everything (pre-sale to post sale) very thoroughly, Paula informed me of any optional warranty/services they felt applied to my situation, all without any sales pressure. I felt like I was getting really good advice and not being sold something. My final numbers were exactly as Don had quoted me, to the penny. And, to my surprise, the car included some additional options that the other dealer would have charged me for. So far so good with the CC R-Line. I love this thing! My only regret with the dealership is that I'm not closer to be able to take advantage of their services or amenities! More

Our sales guy, Mike F. was phenomenal. There was no pressure and he knew his stuff inside and out. He made us feel very at ease and we've been burned in the past so we were hesitant. Our business manager, Bob was outstanding and patient with us as my hubby and I debated over extended warranty. Bob offered a lot of insight and again, no pressure. I'm amazed at how easy and stress free the entire process was and I absolutely love the new vehicle! Thank you Mike, Bob and Jennings- you've got a new customer for life! More

This dealer is AMAZING. Right when I walked into the door I was greeted and introduced to Newell. He set me up with Keith, a sales associate there. Keith was very patient with me and allowed me to test drive a few of the TDI models I was interested in. I am a very picky person for the type of vehicle I want, and sure enough they had it in stock! When we sat down to discuss numbers, they were not pressuring at all. Newell sat down with me and we discussed my bottom line. Sure enough they were able to match it! That was a great feeling especially after I had been to another dealer that wouldn't. Paula also took great care of me, she made sure all my numbers were correct and helped me figure out my payments. She made me feel like I was family the way she took care of me! The TDI I actually bought, had a minor exhaust leak. (nothing to do with the dealer, it happened in the factory) So when I brought the car in, instead of making me wait and have to deal with the problem, they gave me a whole new car! Exactly the same as the one I had! They DID NOT have to do that, and it makes me feel like I'm actually cared for as a customer. All in all the experience was great! IRS, Dentist, Car salesmen! These are ones that people love to hate. Well not anymore. The people at Jennings are the most friendly and helpful that I have ever dealt with. Form the moment you walk through the door they are there with a genuine smile. Don Reilly took us for our test drive and explained the Jetta to us perfectly. He was able to answer any question we had. When we got back, my wife was unsure of the color she wanted so Don took us to their storage lot where dozens of cars are in inventory. When we got back we met Ken Lyon and we discussed cost. We told them we were just starting our search and we were looking at different types of vehicles and different dealers. There was no pressure or telling us this car is going fast and the deal might not be there when we come back. Just a warm smile and thank you for giving them the opportunity to do business. We resumed our search elsewhere and when we had an offer lower then their price we went back to Ken and we negotiated a very satisfactory price without any of the old BS. They are very straight forward and no tricks. We are very happy that we chose Jennings because they make you feel like family. We have been coming to Jennings for the past couple of years for service on our cars and have received nothing but the same kind of treatment. That is why we came here to look at new cars. To sum it all up, all I can say is, Look out world Jennings is changing the reputation of car dealerships! More

I was looking for a V6 SEL Premium Passat in black w/beige interior. I was on the internet looking and asked Jennings to "find" this car, as I had done with many other dealers. Within 10 minutes Newell Colber called and said there were only a few, one in Colorado and a couple in California. He thought there was a chance he could get the one in colorado. After some ups and downs with the dealer in colorado, the car was delivered to Jennings in less than 2 weeks. No other dealers were willing to go through the trouble. Newell was not alone in his efforts, Mike Fezatte "closed" the deal for us and went out of his way to make our experience one of the best we have had when buying a new car. He was informative and made sure we had everything we needed. I know there were many others involved and we appreciate their efforts as well. I should mention Manny, he was preparing the car for pick up. He was polishing the car as if it were his own. One last note, Paula, the business manager, was so pleasant and professional. The computers were down and she had to handle much of the paper work manually. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Jennings.
