He goes out of his way to put a smile on peoples face. He really works hard to make it work as well. You tell him what type of vehicle you’re looking for and he’s on it immediately. He even gives you the ball park of what your car you’re purchasing will cost every month. He works with you in your trade in as well. My sales guy (Daniel Sepulveda) was pleasant through the whole experience. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and he was so easy to work with. He doesn’t pressure you. If I could rate it at - 5 stars I would. I have a 30 plus years of car leasing experience and have never been treated as badly as at this dealership. They lied about upfront costs and ripped I have a 30 plus years of car leasing experience and have never been treated as badly as at this dealership. They lied about upfront costs and ripped off my daughter who was leasing her first car. To make matters worse they absolutely refused to resolve the issues and the sales person Daniel Sepulveda was outright rude and nasty accusing me of extortion when I tried to offer a solution. I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life. I am currently in process of filing a complaint with VW customer relations, BBB and state of Illinois consumer affairs. Avoid this place, they are not worth of your time and money. More

Dariusz Witek and George Pashkovskyl were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Atlas.Over three different visits they did everything right to keep us coming back and comfortable with our purchase. His follow up was so thorough that he actually called me as I was waiting for a tow truck as my car had just died out for good. His timing was perfect. Good efficient sales.
