Am pleased with the overall service. It is quite good. There was a billing error which was immediately corrected. I have a choice of going to Wheeling or Glenview...they are about the same distance and I There was a billing error which was immediately corrected. I visited both dealerships and was hardly given the time of day at the Wheeling dealership. Suffice to say I did not get my car serviced there. My only suggestion? I would appreciate a loaner if the service is going to be more than a couple of hours. I have taken the time to do this survey because I liked the overall experience. Ken Ward has been very helpful. He even took the time to hand dry my car after the wash. it was close to 11PM. Whenever I have a problem or have a question, I know I can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. As always, Chris was extremely thorough and helpful. My Uplander had a few things going on - turned out all to be the same slight problem. Hi I just bought the Used GMC Yukon from Jerry Perberg, he made sure the car was like new when I picked it up. There was one problem though and Jerry took care of it right away setting up an appointment w he made sure the car was like new when I picked it up. Jerry is great guy, it was pleasure meeting him, and he forged a quality relationship with me based on respect,professionalism, and knowledge. CJ make me feel like I was his only customer. He answered all my questions, and the work went smoothly. Just a week after buying the car it was broken into. It was Sunday morning and I need it fixed asap. I called Jerry on his cell, not realizing it was Sunday and you guys are always closed on Sunday. Jerry answered his phone. He set me up with CJ first thing Monday morning. CJ had to track down the part and get it delivered overnight. Tuesday morning the window was replaced. They also looked into a leak problem that I noticed and took care of that too. Great experience. I worked in your business office on a project and before you know it I was moving on. Smooth. I will not hesitate to bring my car to Jennings or to buy my next from them. Prices do seem high, but the service provides the value here. More
I need to have the power steering recall done on my 2007 Cobalt. Work was done in less time than they said and I was happy. I had the power steering go out over the July 4th weekend. For all of my car service needs I prefer to deal only with John Sison. The service that he provides is great. When I was having issues with my first car that I had purchased through a different dealershi with John Sison. The service that he provides is great. When I was having issues with my first car that I had purchased through a different dealership, John helped me in getting it fix. It did not matter how many times I had to drop it off because of the same problem he always made me feel that I was important and that they would take care of the issue. Although at the end I ended up trading in that car for a different one that I purchased through Jennings the service was just supper! More
Juan fixed the problem I was experiencing after a test drive. One time appointment can't beat that. Kudo's to all your staff especially to Juan who heard the problem and knew how to cure it. As always, good service . However, my primary concern this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, d this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, decided NOT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY SOLD, neither the period of time nor the price. I find it very strange that it has taken 6-1/2 months to notify me of this deceitful act...during which time they had the use of my money and I HAD NO WARRANTY..as noted on my copy of the service sheet of July 20,2010. I spoke to Bob DiCicco and to Jim Walsh..they could offer no assistance other than writing a 3 year warranty and refunding a partial amount. I have been a loyal GM customer all my life as well as most of my family members and friends, and as recently as last week I highly recommended Jennings Chevrolet as a customer oriented facility. I am disappointed amd frankly scandalized at what, in all good conscience, appears to be a fraud perpetrated by the Upper echelon of General Motors. Due to the economic issues of the past several years, GM should be cognizent of what constitutes good will and good customer relations. This action is certainly NOT indicative of same.
