Warranty work on my Equinox I had work done under warranty to correct excessive oil engine consumption. My Jennings Service Advisor, Dave Granquist, determined that my 2011 Equin I had work done under warranty to correct excessive oil engine consumption. My Jennings Service Advisor, Dave Granquist, determined that my 2011 Equinox had this condition and arranged to have the problem corrected in an expeditious manner. He also arranged for me to have a loaner. The condition was remedied within 48 hours and I picked my car. A couple weeks later I heard a rattling noise from the engine compartment. When I checked for the cause of the rattling, I found that a metal shield was not properly fastened and was causing the rattling. I returned to Jennings and told Dave about the problem. He confirmed that my diagnosis was correct and had the Service Manager look at the problem. My Equinox was promptly taken to a service bay and the shield was properly fastened. My car was returned to me within 30 minutes and Dave apologized for the inconvenience. I have been taking my Equinox to Jennings for 4 years for service. During that time, I moved to Palatine, but continue to return to Jennings for service. This incident was caused by an unfortunate oversight by a mechanic in the service department. I realize that such errors can happen and compared with the excellent service I have received over 4 years, this was a very minor oversight. I will continue to have my Equinox serviced at Jennings and feel confident that I will receive excellent care for my car from the service personnel. More

He as well as the mechanics took care of my SUV and my SUV's problem, It is fixed what else could I ask for. Mac made sure everything was done to my SUV to be sure I was driving safe. Also the two girls in the Enterprise office were just lovely and so sweet to work with. Actually everyone I met was kind. What a wonderful and truly professional staff at Jennings. More

I am very satisfied with Jennings Chevrolet, both sales and service. I also had a more serious recent repair that had been botched by another (not Chevy) dealer, and Jennings quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, for a fair price. Also, at a later time, both Davis and Darrin were very helpful and friendly - no hard sell, but I drove away in a beautiful late model Malibu! This is an honest and fair dealing dealership, and I highly recommend them to you. More

The rep made recommendations for service in the near future, based on my service record and mileage, without pressuring me to get services I didn't need immediately. I like that you can see the bays where cars are being serviced. The waiting room and restroom are comfortable and clean. I was told approximately how long it would take and my car was ready to go within that time frame. Loved the red Camaro convertible in the showroom. More

I've been bringing my car -- an aging Corvette -- to Mac I've had the great pleasure of working with Chris ("Mac") McElroy in the service department. I've been bringing my car -- an aging Corvette -- to Mac for years, and he always has been extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. This past visit (around two weeks ago), Mac outdid even himself. My car was basically dead. It sat out all winter, and was suffering from a multi-systemic breakdown. Well, Mac came to the rescue. He worked with the mechanics to identify and prioritize the problems, and we conferred before each step was taken. Mac's strategies and recommendations were spot on. We fixed one problem at a time, always with an eye towards efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To make a long story short, Mac rocked, and the car somehow is up-and-running, at a very reasonable price. Please take your car to Mac for service. You will be thrilled with him and your service, and you'll never go anywhere else. More
