Mac has handled service procedures for me in the past. Mac is knowledgeable, courteous and professional and has "doing the job right" and customer satisfaction as his top priorities. Thank you Mac. My car had over 112,000 miles on it and fortunately, it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased from Fidelity when I bought the vehicle. Chris "Mac" McElroy was my service consultant and he worked with me tirelessly to ensure I had a loaner car and worked with Fidelity on getting me the best equipment possible for my vehicle. While my car was in, he noticed I needed the wheels aligned and also took care of that for me. He communicated well every step of the way and I could not be happier with the work done. Mac when above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the dealership and with my warranty company. I highly recommend Jennings Chevrolet and Mac for your service needs. More

Friendly, fast and trusted Mac has worked with our family since 2010/2011, our first purchase of a GM product. Last spring and yesterday we needed passenger mirrors replaced, Ma Mac has worked with our family since 2010/2011, our first purchase of a GM product. Last spring and yesterday we needed passenger mirrors replaced, Mac scheduled an appointment with Jeff, he was involved with both repairs. Mac tells me an hour for the repair and hands me the keys in 45 minutes, both times. I have met three people at your dealership, Mac, Jeff and Jim Walsh. The gentleman I have mentioned in this review are the face of your business, I would consider them irreplaceable. More
Poor Service I made an appointment weeks ago for a trunk latch recall on my 2002 Buick Park Avenue. After waiting I was told to come back another time. When I asked why I was told by Ken Schultz and I quote "I don't know." When I asked again they said they have to order the part. Why would you make an appointment with me if you didn't have the part or at least contact me that the part wasn't in before I came. Then to add insult to injury they tell me that my alignment is out and one of my tires are worn. I told him you are wrong I bought those tires brand new two weeks ago. Where does Jennings get the right to check my tires when I brought my car in for a trunk latch recall. More

I have been to other dealerships where the service is slow and you sit around it seems forever. I live in Glenview and have appreciated Jennings staying in business over the years as so many dealerships have gone out. I see why they have a good reputation. Job well done. More

Service Dept Sucks !! I took my 2011 Impala for service because the ABS & traction control would activate upon making a left turn. Ray in service guaranteed me that my car I took my 2011 Impala for service because the ABS & traction control would activate upon making a left turn. Ray in service guaranteed me that my car would be fixed with his recommendations, I trusted Jennings & agreed to pay over $ 400 for the repair. Upon picking up my car, I did not even make it off the lot when the noise came back instantly ! I went back & asked Ray from service if he even test drove the car ! HE suggested I leave the car for further checking, fine , I did . He then calls me & said they put electric grease on the wheel bearing plugs & it would be fixed. Well ...it didn't . When I called back , he suggested replacing both front wheel bearings. So I asked ...'why didn't you tell me that in the first place ? ' . When I dropped off the car originally , I specifically asked him ' will this repair you are suggesting fix my car ? ' He said without a doubt 'YES' . So I trusted him. Bad idea !! I am out more than $ 400 & my car is the exact same as when I brought it in . I am sharing my experience with as many people as I possibly could because Jennings Chevrolet & Ray the unknowledgable service kid ripped me off !!! My next step is Yelp & then BBB. More
