Very happy indeed! I made a routine appointment for an ordinary oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. As I was waiting, a Service Advisor introduced himself I made a routine appointment for an ordinary oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. As I was waiting, a Service Advisor introduced himself (Dave Granquist), checked out my car, knelt down in front of it noted a smell and a leak and suggested their technician take a look. Being suspicious, my immediate reaction was not very good, however went to the waiting area. A few minutes later Dave Granquist came to ask if I would like to see the leak. Indeed it was obvious and he asked if they could fix it that day. Along with an approval they gave me a lift home. The service was completed under warranty and the car runs better than it ever has. Jennings is the place to go and thank you Dave (my now, 'go to person'). Very happy indeed! More

The best thing is that he reported diligently while the car was being tested & made suggestions. My family has been dealing with Chris and the service dept. at Jennings for years. They are truly top-notch from when you bring the car in & pick it up & also afterwards with follow-through. They best thing is that my car now runs like brand-new. Customer Service In business I bought several cars every year or every two years depending on circumstances. I despised buying cars. When a buddy of mine opened a Chevy dealership in Wisconsin I drove my car there, 90 miles, for service to avoid going into a local car dealer and enduring very poor service and bad attitudes. After a number of years my pal closed his dealership for other endeavors. A friend of my wife's said her Dad went to Jennings for some body work and was quite pleased. I needed a bit of body work and went there. I was shocked and how nice they were, the fine body work they did and the follow up to make sure I was satisfied. So I started servicing both our cars there and time after time it was the same happy ending. My service person, Dave Grandquist is a champ. If Dave tells me I need something done on the car I do it, without question. I have total trust in him. The service manager, Mark Rolla is class A and when he promises something it's written in stone. One time when Dave and Mark were off I had a question on something that was done and I went to the boss, Jim Jennings. He acted like he had known me forever. He took care of the matter in the blink of an eye. I thanked him several times I was so impressed. Steve in the body shop did work on both our cars and he kept his word on what he would do and made sure we were satisfied with the jobs. Jim Walsh the general manager actually came out to speak to my wife and I when we brought our young Labrador pup with us to drop a car off and Jim was as kind and nice as he could be. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and I have been at many dealerships where I felt I had to hold onto my wallet with both hands, but not at Jennings. Most of the time I will wait for my car to be serviced and they have complimentary coffee and a bagel, a quiet room to read in, an open area to watch TV, a play room for children and a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. My salesman, Chris told me the truth, made great recommendations according to my needs and I got one heck of a nice vehicle because of him. The ladies, Dora Jasmine and Che who take your hard earned money and respond to phone calls are just as sweet as pie. They are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Jennings Chevy to anyone for a new or a used car sold and serviced by people you can trust. More

Aside from their excellent customer service and expert car service, their service advisors, speci I bought my Tahoe in 2011 from Jennings in Glenview. Aside from their excellent customer service and expert car service, their service advisors, specifically Mac McElroy, go above and beyond the call. He truly cares about you and makes sure that you and your car are well taken care of. In particular, my car was recently making a strange grinding sound and though it was not consistent in the beginning, I stopped by without an appt to get it looked at. Mac went out of his way to drive my car and correctly diagnose the problem. Thankfully he did because it was a damaged hub bearing and it was nearly broken. His first class customer service is awesome and I will not bring my car anywhere else except Jennings under his supervision. More

Yesterday my worker indicated problem (4.45pm) I purchased multiple vehicles here and constantly service my cars there for personal use and business. Yesterday my worker indicated problem (4.45pm) with the van while driving that got me worried as he drives around and didnt want him to get hurt. I didn't want to wait too long for the car to get further damages that i wont be able to drive it to mechanic plus its very busy season. When I called Mac that i need the car repaired asap as its my main working vehicle. He squeezed me last minute and my car was out the door by 8.40pm ready for the morning. Thats the customer service that i needed and received. Getting my cars back to work in that speed is priceless. More

Mac, Jennings Service Manager For the third time in 6 weeks my tire pressure warning light went on during my ride home on Sunday night. Once it was a nail; Once it was a sensor. For the third time in 6 weeks my tire pressure warning light went on during my ride home on Sunday night. Once it was a nail; Once it was a sensor. What would it be this time? On early Monday morning before work, i went to Jennings without an appointment. Mac, one of the Service Managers, was able to squeeze me into Jenning's busy schedule. Jennings diagnosed the problem, a nail in the tire wall. The solution was a new tire. With the tire coming from the warehouse, it would be several hours before the job would be finished. Mac was able to provide a loaner car. i went to work and returned later that afternoon to pick up my car. Mac was able to meet my unscheduled need, solve the car problem and help me minimize lost time at work. Thank you, Mac More
