My car was totalled in an accident and I need to get a car quickly. My husband and I looked at a few other dealerships and we were disappointed with the service - we were either bombarded the minute we wa car quickly. I have been coming to Jennings for years for oil changes/maintenance on my other car and I have always been happy with the service. That's why we decided to go with Jennings in the first place, I wanted to be able to continue to come here for the courteous and helpful service I got every time I bring my car in. From the moment we walked onto the showroom we were treated like family - we needed to take the time to look around to see what was available without any pressure and we were given that courtesy. At the time we were leaning toward a used car. Larry quickly got us a listing of all the used cars available within our price range; he went through all of the pros and cons of a used vs. a new car, but he did not push us to get a new one...his main goal was to show us what WE wanted to see and he listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few options. He let us take a few cars out for a long test drive and over the next few days talked to my husband and I several times to weigh our options. He must have cleared the snow off of a total of 5 cars to show us and have us test drive and one time he went to a different lot, brushed off the car and drove it back to the dealership just so I could see the color of the car. This was so helpful because I was undecided between 2 colors and I don't think I would have been as happy with the color I thought I wanted....after I saw it - I decided it against it. He knew it was important to me - he listened and did over and above what was needed to be done to be sure we left happy with every aspect of the car we bought. I recommend Jennings to EVERYBODY I know!! You guys are the epitome of Customer Service. In a day and age where more and more we deal with automated customer service...or people who read from a script it's so nice to deal with a company who actually listens to their customers:) More

Just traded/bought a car from above people. Great deal..and was fair.The price was most fair, and appreciated. My impala should have been checked out fully so I didn't have to come back.Yet, when I called Dion with the Onstar problem, he made an appointment, and got me a car to drive. I am hoping the problem will be fixed fast and I won't have to wait, wait. Did feel Debbie helped greatly explaining car to me, knew the car. Steve was most patient with my calls, and explaining also about the car. Job well done, except for the Onstar problem which should have been checked/fixed before car was delivered to me.Would reccommend all of these people to others for buying More
Hi I just bought the Used GMC Yukon from Jerry Perberg, he made sure the car was like new when I picked it up. There was one problem though and Jerry took care of it right away setting up an appointment w he made sure the car was like new when I picked it up. Jerry is great guy, it was pleasure meeting him, and he forged a quality relationship with me based on respect,professionalism, and knowledge. CJ make me feel like I was his only customer. He answered all my questions, and the work went smoothly. Just a week after buying the car it was broken into. It was Sunday morning and I need it fixed asap. I called Jerry on his cell, not realizing it was Sunday and you guys are always closed on Sunday. Jerry answered his phone. He set me up with CJ first thing Monday morning. CJ had to track down the part and get it delivered overnight. Tuesday morning the window was replaced. They also looked into a leak problem that I noticed and took care of that too. Great experience. I worked in your business office on a project and before you know it I was moving on. Smooth. I will not hesitate to bring my car to Jennings or to buy my next from them. Prices do seem high, but the service provides the value here. More

When I bought my new Chevrolet Cobalt, I found my sales representative Chris Hallenberg to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. For all of my car service needs I prefer to deal only with John Sison. The service that he provides is great. When I was having issues with my first car that I had purchased through a different dealershi with John Sison. The service that he provides is great. When I was having issues with my first car that I had purchased through a different dealership, John helped me in getting it fix. It did not matter how many times I had to drop it off because of the same problem he always made me feel that I was important and that they would take care of the issue. Although at the end I ended up trading in that car for a different one that I purchased through Jennings the service was just supper! More

As always, good service . However, my primary concern this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, d this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, decided NOT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY SOLD, neither the period of time nor the price. I find it very strange that it has taken 6-1/2 months to notify me of this deceitful act...during which time they had the use of my money and I HAD NO WARRANTY..as noted on my copy of the service sheet of July 20,2010. I spoke to Bob DiCicco and to Jim Walsh..they could offer no assistance other than writing a 3 year warranty and refunding a partial amount. I have been a loyal GM customer all my life as well as most of my family members and friends, and as recently as last week I highly recommended Jennings Chevrolet as a customer oriented facility. I am disappointed amd frankly scandalized at what, in all good conscience, appears to be a fraud perpetrated by the Upper echelon of General Motors. Due to the economic issues of the past several years, GM should be cognizent of what constitutes good will and good customer relations. This action is certainly NOT indicative of same.
