Alan was absolutely wonderful... he helped us BEYOND helping us. I called him multiple times even AFTER buying the car for little questions and he never made me feel like a burden. He is super profess helping us. I called him multiple times even AFTER buying the car for little questions and he never made me feel like a burden. He is super professional. I definitely recommend buying a car through him!!!!!!!! Also, the price we paid for what we got? So amazing. We drove off with an absolutely incredible Mini Cooper Convertible... for so cheap! More
Lenny helped us even when the dealership was officially closed. He wasn't pushy and made the experience a pleasurable one. Just bought i nice used '02 VW Jetta with 46k miles on it -fairly priced for the age and miles. Problem #1 I was prepared to buy the car and they listed the price for it $1000 over the advertized price -fairly priced for the age and miles. Problem #1 I was prepared to buy the car and they listed the price for it $1000 over the advertized price! OUCH. When I protested the salesman looked up the add and the price I claimed -to his credit, he apologized and made the correction. I was put off by this though - I mean what if people don't have the 'nerve' I had and got ripped off. Mistake or not -it just wrong. problem #2 After driving it and taking it to my own mechanic to look it over -he recommended the tie rods and control arm be replaced. Now it's likely these parts were NOT in an imminent state of immediate failure as I heard no noises felt little vibration and experience no play in the wheel but I like to be better safe than sorry. I came back to the dealer armed with a printout of the recommendation. I was told this can be "taken care of" and upon my request I could see a copy of the work done on the car. I then paid in full for the car -not realizing the mistake I made. I was called back by a Gruff Used car sales manager who proceeded to state his years of experience and how he looked at the car on the lift and how he "stands by his men" WHAT ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER? In my eyes This was a precursor to my agreement to buy the car to have this work done so I would NOT have to deal with it later for the money I am paying. I know for a Fact that what they are selling this car for is about 3-4k higher than they bought it for or what they assessed it for. So in my mind I am entitled to my request being honored! I realized I screwed up by buying the car first and taking a verbal agreement to have this work done -only to have them refuse to do it later. I sure hope the worn parts hold out. Meanwhile I intend on airing my complaint everywhere. More
If you are in the market for a Chevrolet, this is the dealership to go to. High service, low pressure, and great price. Steve Tinkler is a great guy to work with. He works hard to find a vehicle for y dealership to go to. High service, low pressure, and great price. Steve Tinkler is a great guy to work with. He works hard to find a vehicle for you and will trade with another dealer if he doesn't have what you want in inventory. He will quote you an attractive total price and will not play games. Any add-on products are "offered" but not "pushed" - definitely soft sell. Steve is almost too honest to be a car salesman. More

I bought a 2011 Chevy Equionox last week from Alan Stern. I traded in my old car ( Lexus), and was very hesitant about buying an American car. However, Alan gave me the confidence in the Equinox that I bough I traded in my old car ( Lexus), and was very hesitant about buying an American car. However, Alan gave me the confidence in the Equinox that I bought it. My family has bought over 10 cars from Jennings over the years and are very satisfied by the friendly service that we receive from all the wonderful people over there. Alan is a new salesperson but very knowledgeable in his work, and takes his job very seriously. His love for the cars that he sells is a definite plus point !! I am very glad to be back with Jennings Chevrolet after a 14 yr. Sabbatical. I would recommend Jennings Chevrolet to all my friends and family who want to buy a great car at affordable prices.. Special Thanks To Jim Walsh GM at Jennings- He welcomed us with open arms and took care of us like we were family.. THANKS JENNINGS !!! More
I had a great experience buying my first car at Jennings. My boyfriend and I came in after seeing a car we liked listed on Autotrader. It was a Friday around 5:45pm and we weren't expecting any salespeople My boyfriend and I came in after seeing a car we liked listed on Autotrader. It was a Friday around 5:45pm and we weren't expecting any salespeople to still be around (this is the case at most dealerships on a Friday right before closing), but Lenny Hack walked right out and introduced himself. The car we had come in for was already sold, but we told him our price range (which was on the low side) and he recommended some options. We found one we liked and came back on Monday to test drive it. The entire experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be. Even though Jennings was packed the night we bought the car, they handled everyone in the order they got there or had an appointment. Although we waited a little longer than expected, both Lenny and the Business Manager were apologetic and again, very fair in regards to what order people were checked out in. I also had some work done on the car I bought (to fix a small dent on the door panel). The service center squeezed my car in between full days of appointments, and had it done in 2 days. Because of their quick service, I was able to pick up my car already fixed and ready to go (instead of having to bring it back in to get the work done another time). I would recommend Jennings Chevrolet to anyone looking for a quality dealership. We looked at a lot of different dealerships and many many cars before making our decision. I am positive we got the best deal we could have at Jennings. More
Jennings is a great place to buy a new or used car. I have purchased several of both and have always found the experience pleasant, the quality excellent and the price fair.
