awesome experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle I had been driving a 2005 Silverado for the past 9 years, and finally decided it was time for a new one. I love the body style of the 2018s and couldn’t pass up the rebates. I had been looking online and called three dealerships that had vehicles I was interested in. Nobody I spoke with had any product knowledge, or followed up with me, and no one was willing to locate a vehicle for me. As a service manager in the industry for a different carline, I was extremely disappointed. It seemed like nobody wanted to sell me a truck. I finally got a referral to Chris at Jennings. I could tell right away that he was a straight shooter, knew the product and he bent over backwards to find the EXACT truck I was looking for. He got the deal set up quickly, dealer traded it from Iowa and I got to pick it up just in time for Christmas. Everything was well organized when I went to take delivery. I was in and out of the finance box quickly. Chris went over the vehicle with me and I was on my way. It was such an easy process and I am extremely grateful for his efforts. Phenomenal job and tremendous customer service. I will definitely be sending friends and family his way. More

Debbie, Mark, and Ken are AMAZING!!!! I don’t know why I didn’t come here sooner. My Grandma has been buying cars here for over 40 or 50 years. I had a Tahoe that needed to be seen in the service department. I went to Ken and he took care of getting my truck in. Well, it turned out my truck had run it’s course. Which I was kind of expecting. Ken directed me to Debbie in sales and to say I didn’t have the best time with her would be a massive understatement. This girl knows her stuff and worked with us on a very tough situation. Her and Mark from finance did everything they could to get us in the car I wanted. Which is a 2019 Equinox. The team at Jennings is beyond anything I could have hoped for. I am definitely a customer for life and will direct anyone and everyone I can to you guys. I look forward to driving my car every chance I get. It makes my heart happy to have a Chevy from Jennings. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH Bait & Switch They wasted quite a bit of my time playing games. They agreed to beat the price of a quote I received from another dealership, they in Bait & Switch They wasted quite a bit of my time playing games. They agreed to beat the price of a quote I received from another dealership, they insisted everything was all set. I verified many times and was consistently lied to. I come in to sign and Surprise! They tried to hit me up for a payment that is $89.00 more! Their response? Oooops, our error & sorry. Apparently, they don't know how Chevy rebates work. That's it. I refused the deal with the outrageous lease payment. They deliberately lied to me to keep me out of the market and not get the other deal and switched everything up, literally the last minute. DO NOT BELIEVE a word they say and if you get a good deal somewhere take it. These folks think it's OK to lie to their customers. They kept me on the back burner just in case they did not meet their monthly quota, stretching out my lease process and when they hit their quota, they all of a sudden, could not match the deal they in writing, said they would. I will of course report this to the BBB and Atty General's office. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. More
