We enjoyed who we worked with at Jennings. We started negotiating online through Mr. Bondi. Once we got to the dealership we worked with Dominic. He was great!!! I would recommend Dominic to anyone of my family or friends. The only criticism was that once we agreed on a price and the paperwork was filled out we had to wait about an hour to meet with the business office to finish the process. The person we worked with (Davis) was great......but we just didn't like the wait involved. Overall we enjoyed the experience. I had not bought a new car in twelve years and thought it was pretty painless. I especially liked talking price with Mr. Bondi before arriving onsite. Much more comfortable!! More

Chris Mader was great. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Chris was quick to follow up after the purchase and was proactive with a customer service campaign to re knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Alain Bondi was quick to communicate with me regarding pricing for the Volt over email. He was professional and pleasant in person. Bob DiCicco was very friendly at the end of the purchase. I flew in from out of town to purchase the car and had a bit of apprehension (not all dealers are created equal) I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Jerry and Jennings Chevrolet offered excellent customer service. Jerry was willing to work with me on the down-payment amount to hold the vehicle for me, while I secured financing on my part. He was very understanding of my situation since I lived out of state there was a few days lag time between when I put the down-payment down and when I was able to come in and complete the deal.
