SWEET. Took ALOT of time with me. Was unsure of or what car to buy. Actually I wanted to buy the Camaro but the wife wasn't haven't it, so had to made a more practical choice and went with the Impala. Didn car to buy. They were lucky cause I was determined to buy a car that day anyway. (Josh was willing to jump in a blow up jumper). Paid more than I wished to spend, but have done that before with every Chevy I/we have bought and have learned to not regret it. So I hope that Chevy will relax me again. Will buy another car again with them again especially if we get a return buyer/ loyalty discount. Trailblaser will be next. More

We worked with sales reps Lenny Hack and Fuad, and sales manager Ray Morris on the purchase of a used SUV. Everyone was very nice and straight forward regarding discussions about the vehicle. They even put it up on a lift for me to check it out. We came to an agreement on a price that was right at retail value with the understanding that the pull in the front end would be taken care of. They determined the pull was in the tires, so they ordered 2 new tires and gave us the paperwork to get them the following week. Davis De Treville handled the paperwork/payment. We discussed adding a warranty but never felt pressured to buy it. We returned to the service department to get the tires and Marc Gethner was nice and easy to deal with in getting the tires and alignment done. We found that 4 new tires had been authorized, so that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Completely satisfied with the results, no more pull. We did have to deal with some waiting around, but hey, buying a used vehicle isn't a bang bang process. Lenny followed up through the entire process, even on his day off, to make sure we were happy. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't talk my ear off. He seemed knowledgeable of their dealer stock and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. (Not something you find when dealing with a car dealer) In no way was he pushy or salesy. I had full confidence in his ability. Other staff members would just as down-to-earth and resourceful. Great group of friendly people. I flew in from Detroit to pick up a CPO Volkswagen GTI. Lenny and the others at the Dealership were very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the pick up a CPO Volkswagen GTI.
