I had used their service department for many years and often thought that I would like to buy my next new car from Jennings Chevrolet. With the help of Mr. Chris Hallenberg, I ordered a 2014 Express 2500 often thought that I would like to buy my next new car from Jennings Chevrolet. With the help of Mr. Chris Hallenberg, I ordered a 2014 Express 2500 extended wheelbase cargo van. Chris was very knowledgeable and guided me through the seemingly endless selection of options available for this particular vehicle. Chris transferred a similar vehicle from another dealership so that I could perform a test fit into my garage and identify and potential issues before placing my order. The best part of the deal was that there were absolutely no surprises when I took delivery of the vehicle. Chris took the time to demonstrate all of the complex features of the vehicle including blue tooth, navigation and On-Star. In summary, this was the best new car buying experience I've had to date. Working with Chris Hallenberg and his colleagues was very straight forward. Before ending up at Jennings Chevrolet shopping for my volt, it was very difficult to get out of door pricing for base model volts straight forward. Some of the places I emailed gave me the impression that they really didn't want to deal with me if I couldn't go in and talk with them in person. I did not get that impression from Jennings at all. Jerry was able to answer all of my questions I had by email before I drove down to test drive the car. And unlike the other places I had already been to, I did not feel any pressure from Jerry to buy the car. Jerry also worked with me to get me what I feel was a great deal on my Jetta! He was very easy to work with and patient with answering any and all questions! Glen was the finance guy I worked with. He was very helpful with the questions I had regaurding the loan and he was able to get me a better financing deal than the one I already had.
