Chris MCElroy is a huge reason why I keep going back to Jennings for all of my car service needs. Chris goes the extra mile to make sure that my Equinox is running and performing in tip-top shape. Great Service My suburban had an issue with the rear gate lock. I could not open the rear gate or the rear gate window. This was repaired by another dealership in Florida. Four month later, I am in the Chicago area and have the same issue. I brought it to Jennings and talk to Mac McElroy. He assured me that if this is the same issue, it will be fixed free of charge and it was. I picked my car next day with working locks and washed. Thank you. More
Professional, Courteous, Personable, Exceptional I had my doubts at first. Being almost 1300 miles away from Jennings Chevrolet; I was concerned about making a car deal over the phone with a sales a I had my doubts at first. Being almost 1300 miles away from Jennings Chevrolet; I was concerned about making a car deal over the phone with a sales associate whom I’d never met. I found a used 2012, Dodge Challenger, SRT8 that I really liked at Jennings Chevrolet. I called Jennings and spoke with Sales Associate Jerry Perberg. He was very attentive, professional, personable, up-front and answered all my questions. The exterior and interior pics on “Autotrader.com” were nice, but I asked Jerry to put the car on a lift so that I could see (through pics) the undercarriage before committing to a “long distance transaction”. He was very accommodating. The next morning; Jerry called me while he was standing under the car as it was on a lift. He then took the time to actually walk around the car completely to ensure me that there were no imperfections or flaws in this car as his ad stated. We struck a deal and Jerry explained that I would be reimbursed for my UBER or taxi ride to the dealership from the airport. My daughter joined me for this adventure and Jerry phoned me every day to stay in touch and to make sure that all arrangements were going smoothly. In one particular text, Jerry wrote “Hi Fred, the days are counting down. It won’t be long now. I’m watching your baby. See you soon”. My daughter and I arrived at the airport and I called Jerry to let him know that we were on our way to his dealership. He told me that he would be waiting. As promised, the UBER driver dropped us off at the front door and Jerry came out immediately and shook my hand and my daughter’s hand as promised! He invited us inside where we sat for a few minutes getting acquainted. He then escorted us personally to the Challenger of my dreams. Jerry had it safely stored (as promised) inside and away from other cars. The car was as Jerry described; ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS! Jerry introduced me to the Business Manager (Mark Jarosz). Mark was equally as attentive, professional and personable as Jerry. The paperwork process went quickly, smoothly, flawlessly and we were done within fifteen minutes. After the paperwork was completed; Jerry pulled our new car around to the front of the dealership. The New Car Manager (Francisco Huerta) went out of his way to walk over to my daughter and me and personally shake our hands, congratulate us on our purchase and thank us for our business. My daughter and I then walked outside to meet Jerry and to thank him again for such a pleasant, personable and enjoyable car buying experience. Jerry even went out of his way to take several pictures of my daughter and me with our new car. Even after the sale; Jerry called me for the next two days asking about our road trip back to Denver and to wish me a Happy Father’s Day! I purchased a very expensive Dodge Hellcat from another dealership one year ago and the service I received there does not even compare to the exceptional and personal attention I received from Jerry and his crew at Jennings. I will certainly look to Jennings again for my next car purchase, even 1300 miles away. I would be happy to chat with anyone about this very exceptional car buying experience………Thank you Jerry! The road trip back to Denver along old Route 66 in our Challenger was a memory of a lifetime!! It really was an exceptional Father’s Day!! Respectfully, Fred Kitchens More
Clean, Friendly, Honest, Caring We just bought our third card from Jennings. Two in one year! They know us by name and ask about who we are, we are not just a number to them. There was a maintenance person who waved and said thank you to me as I left the dealership! They don't let you leave unless you completely understand and are comfortable with the car. The sales people are not pushy, they know their business and will steer you in the right direction. The service level when you bring your car in for maintenance is amazing! They go over everything with a fine tooth comb and they are quick too! Cannot say enough great things about this dealership! More

I will never deal with Andy Sweiss again I currently have my 2nd lease and now subsequently 3rd lease with Jennings Chevy. Abu is my sales agent and he is great, however the sales manager And I currently have my 2nd lease and now subsequently 3rd lease with Jennings Chevy. Abu is my sales agent and he is great, however the sales manager Andy not so much. After 3 months of being in a loaner due to our 2018 Chevy Traverses engine shutting off and locking the wheel in mid traffic on a very busy road (Harlem Ave) and GM literally having no fix, GM took back the car back I got a new lease and went to pick my new lease up today....after I arrived Andy came outside and said in a cocky tone “you are going to return my loaner like this”..,the loaner needed to be vacuumed their was some errant McDonald’s fries and some tree brush in there (btw I have 3 kids) I then stated I would have no problem going to take the car to get vacuumed and cleaned for him and he said no problem don’t worry about it....the agent who was helping with the delivery of my new vehicle told me that they needed to see me in service....allegedly their was a dent in the car literally the size of a dime considering that they literally dropped off the loaner vehicle at our house at the beginning of this whole headache because the 1st loaner they provided didn’t have captain seats despite them saying they would loan us a car that had the same options as our original traverse, and when the dropped the new loaner at our house my wife literally signed the paperwork at our front door without evening looking at the car there magically is a small ding on the car....I digress anyway while I’m in service they notify me that in addition to paying for the dent I also am being charged a 100 cleaning fee and the service guy stated that Andy specifically told him to charge that...interesting considering I told Andy 10 min prior that I would be more than happy to get the car cleaned and he said no problem....I then went to Andy and have him a mouthful....I have leased for 5 yrs through Jennings and as I said our sales agent Abu is great however Andy and his pompous attitude considering the BS I had to deal with cause Jennings Chevrolet leased me a car that GM had no fix for, paying for a lease I wasn’t driving, having 2 loaners because they lied regarding the 1st one, and saying no problem to my face then behind my back trying to charge me a 100 cleaning fee....I mean if that’s the way you treat loyal customers that’s a problem....Abu is great but unfortunately this will be our last lease with Jennings More

I usually would hang up on these type of "fishing" calls but, I was comfortable right away speaking with the salesman on the other line, I gave him my info and set up a date. Two days later, I meet Chris, and he was as honest and confident in person. I drove off in my new SUV hours later. I am so happy I left Nissan and joined the Chevy family, knowing I have a friend I trust for the future. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More
