From the moment I walked in the door insearch of a new vehicle I was treated with great respect and friendliness, but little pressure. Abu exhibited great patience while I considered my options. Additionally, he exudes friendliness and is the epitome of customer service in a day and age when that is rather rare. I left the dealership without making a decision, but felt no pressure to rush my decision. Abu offered to come in on his day off should that be convenient for my return. I did return and ultimately leased a 2014 Cruze with the assistance of Abu and Andy. The experience couldn't have been better. They even gave our new car a car wash and replaced the windshield wiper that was broken due to ice.
