From the moment I walked in the door insearch of a new vehicle I was treated with great respect and friendliness, but little pressure. Abu exhibited great patience while I considered my options. Next I worked with Andy Sweiss to consider lease options vs. purchase options. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and informative and patient as well. Additionally, he exudes friendliness and is the epitome of customer service in a day and age when that is rather rare. I left the dealership without making a decision, but felt no pressure to rush my decision. Abu offered to come in on his day off should that be convenient for my return. I did return and ultimately leased a 2014 Cruze with the assistance of Abu and Andy. The experience couldn't have been better. They even gave our new car a car wash and replaced the windshield wiper that was broken due to ice. After a month long search for a used vehicle, my friend recommended that I check out Jennings. I hadn't considered it before because it was a bit away for me but I'm sure glad I did. The minute I went there I was greeted by Brandon who was a "breath of fresh air" from the numerous salespeople I had been dealing with. He radiated honesty, sincerity, and was completely pressure-free. No games, no schmoozing. It felt great not having to worry about what sort of "tactics" he's using, what he isn't telling me, etc., etc. Aside from having a great saleman like Brandon, Jennings had such an excellent selection of vehicles that I found my car on that very 1st visit. I truly believe they gave me the best possible deal within that 1st visit. No back and forth games, phone calls, and visits. It's been several weeks since I purchased that vehicle and I had continued to keep an eye on the market just to compare other deals. To date, I have not found 1 that came close to the Jennings' deal. Excellent salesmanship, great selection, great deals. Jennings will be my 1st stop for my next vehicle, and my 1st recommendation for anyone asking me for one. More

I need the car, as I own and operate a dog walking business and the Element is the perfect vehicle for me. My situation was , at least to me, a bit unusual and difficult but not to Jerry and the folks at Jennings. They walked us through every step and every turn with ease and professionalism. It had been a long day of dealing with banks , creditors and even my ex wife; through out all of this Jerry simply smiled and worked his magic and I left with my new Honda and a sense of peace that my business would continue without missing a beat.
