My husband and I visited another dealership looking a vehicle we found online. That experience was awful and quite frankly a nightmare. We found another vehicle online, that I was very interested in, here at Jennings, but I was very reluctant to come in and check it out. Needing a vehicle badly, my husband and I made in, with only an hour left till the doors closed on a Friday night. To my surprise, we were greeted with genuinely honest, caring, dedicated employees that made us feel that it was truly about our needs and making sure they were met. At no point did I feel that this was just a sale to them and nothing more. Tarik Lukacevic was our sales person, and informed us that he was new, about 3 months. He was warm, welcoming, genuine, honest, knowledgeable, and made this experience a thousand times better than I ever thought it could be. Davis De Treville was our finance guy. He was very patient with all of our questions, made phone calls to get us better rates and deals, and explained everything to us in a way that was comforting and understandable. They worked with us hours past closing and reassured our nerves. We ended up buying a vehicle that I absolutely love. I highly recommend Jennings Chevrolet and encourage everyone to check it out. Abu, at Jennings, help us to get exactly what we wanted in our next car. What we knew we needed was a car for both our personal and professional needs that could withstand a family (with three girls) and heavy equipment for work. Jennings knew the exact car the would fit our needs which ended up being the 2015 Tahoe. When it came to getting the extras, Jim Walsh the GM, was there to help us with any questions we had along with Abu. They helped with the financial questions and even pricing for us. Not only were the people who worked with us a delight but the facility was perfect as well. Jennings treated us like family and made this experience much less stressful. I would recommend Jennings to anyone who is in the market for a new car. They help you get exactly what you are looking for and do it with a smile.
