Surprisingly it was a well taken care of car for the money they were asking. Had a nice experience with the stuff , especially with Jerry Perberg. He was very kind, he even paid us our lunch while they were taking care of the paperwork. When we were all done, he made us a picture that i actually received today, then i jumped in my freshly cleaned car and smiling drove home. Thank you Jerry and Davis. I wish all the businesses would have that customer service like you guys do. More
Excellent used car pricing I went to Jennings to look at a used car they posted on cars.com since the Insurance company totaled my identical car through no fault of my own. The I went to Jennings to look at a used car they posted on cars.com since the Insurance company totaled my identical car through no fault of my own. The numbers I was quoted for a settlement were no where close to anyone else except Jennings Chevrolet. Jerry, my sales associate was very knowledgeable about the car in which I was already extremely familiar with even though it wasn't a Chevy. It was a very pleasant experience doing business with Jennings and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. More

I've been bringing my car -- an aging Corvette -- to Mac for years, and he always has been extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. This past visit (around two weeks ago), Mac outdid even himself. My car was basically dead. It sat out all winter, and was suffering from a multi-systemic breakdown. Well, Mac came to the rescue. He worked with the mechanics to identify and prioritize the problems, and we conferred before each step was taken. Mac's strategies and recommendations were spot on. We fixed one problem at a time, always with an eye towards efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To make a long story short, Mac rocked, and the car somehow is up-and-running, at a very reasonable price. Please take your car to Mac for service. You will be thrilled with him and your service, and you'll never go anywhere else. More

He walked me through each step of the process and made sure I understood everything from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I drove out in my new vehicle. I was not rushed in my decision making. When I had questions he stopped to make sure to answer them. In the financing department Robert DiCicco was extremely patient with me; as an Accountant I wanted to make sure I understood every number. Both Jerry and Robert took the extra time to make sure I was completely satisfied with both the vehicle I was buying and the financing of the vehicle I bought. I love my new vehicle. More

Jennings had a used SUV listed on their web site and Adel is the dealer who I was in contact with. Right way I knew I was talking to someone who was professional and very knowledgeable about this SUV. When I sent Adel an email he answered in 10 minutes and he was not even at work. His very quick response was a surprise. There was no pressure to purchase, very relaxed. We did purchase the SUV with confidence in the SUV and Jennings. We also met with Davis De Treville and he was quick with the paper work and a pleasure to deal with also. They all work so well together. We were there on Memorial Day and they actually had a BBQ.for anyone who was there. The "Chef" was very nice and the food was delicious. It is nice to know there are car dealers you can still trust without any pressure. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank More
Didn't even return phone calls after in-person visits Having owned two Volts, both of whose leases were up or soon expiring, we were interested in getting the forthcoming 2016 model. We contacted Josh in Having owned two Volts, both of whose leases were up or soon expiring, we were interested in getting the forthcoming 2016 model. We contacted Josh in early April. He initially kept in touch and said he did not have enough information on the car. We talked again in late April, and he deferred to wanting to call us back and answer questions in early May, after the end-of-month sales push, indicating he was too busy to deal with us at that point. By then, our lease was less than 3 weeks away from ending. So one of us actually went in person to talk to him in early May, and he told us what he could have said weeks ago before we were in an unfavorable position where we had only a few weeks to decide what to do. The 2016 wouldn't come out until December, and despite him saying Ally would extend Volt lesses agreements six months at a cheaper rate, neither was true. Ally would give us only 3 months extension, and the rate was more than $125 more each month. He said we should either buy a used car and trade it back in in December--possibly the dumbest financial move someone could make--or rent a car for the four-month-plus duration we would need after the lease extension expired and until the 2016 arrived. Neither option was financially smart or logistically favorable. Since we were very serious about the purchase, we went in person to see Sales Manager Brian Kroc, who explained that all the sacrifice--the added expense of the lease extension, the rental-car solution--would be on us, the consumer, and that there was nothing they could do. We even took a blank check into him, and offered a deposit on the 2016, which he said he could not take. So we mulled the options. Faced with either renting a car or buying something different, we decided that getting an on-the-lot 2015 Volt would be in our best interests. We called both Josh and Brian--who had given both of us his business card--and left messages. Given the situation, we explicitly stated in the messages that we were wondering what kind of deal they could give us on a 2015 since Chevy needs to move the remaining 2015s since the car is being redesigned. We never even received a call back from either Josh or Brian, who were both aware that our time frame was immediate given our lease was ending. Apparently, this dealer doesn't need sales. When a customer is willing to take on sacrifices to stay with a model and a brand, AND walks in with a check, this kind of "service"--especially from an alleged Sales Manager--is a bad joke. Jennings wasted our time and lost a sale. We called Bredemann Chevy in Park Ridge, had immediate calls back on a few questions, a very fair offer within 90 minutes of the first phone call, a smooth purchase experience, and a new 2015 Volt held for us until the following week when we returned from a trip. Because of the ingenuity and technology of the Volt, many strangers have asked us about it over the past 3 1/2 years. It is a great car. That said, we will tell everyone to avoid Jennings, which needs a lesson in the art of customer service. More
Chris Hallenberg is a great guy. Sold me the Sonic I love this car.. Pros mpg, nice running/handeling manuvers nice and responsive steering great pick up I have the LTZ hatchback model. All instruments I love this car.. Pros mpg, nice running/handeling manuvers nice and responsive steering great pick up I have the LTZ hatchback model. All instruments are in a good place minimal eye deviation and distraction. Cons, the middle console or lack of it but there are 2 glove boxes. Missing a cup holder by design if four people are in the care there isn't a fourth holder. Can be a bit noisy over holes but I plan on getting the noise reduction barrier soon underneath that should help. It is a bit low to the ground so if there is a knee injury it may be hard. Other than those few cons I'd still buy this car.....I use it for work and back. It is dragon green metallic lots of attention even police....We won't go into that one.... More
