Worst Service Experience ever The Car is under warranty and had several recalls; each and every time the recall issue was fixed, something else prompted the car to go back to them. The Car is under warranty and had several recalls; each and every time the recall issue was fixed, something else prompted the car to go back to them. Took the car (Van) back Tuesday for oil defeat, no rental available. Wednesday the car prompted the airbag light. Car is not fixed, no parts in store and the staff change their story each time we ask the status of the car. It's a Business Van, moneys are lost and the latest story questions the warranty when the paper given form them shows $0,000. Absolutely the worse experience and the most horrible customer service. He worked with the manager Ray to help negotiate a great deal for the trade in of my old car. Jerry went above and beyond and spent at least 30 minutes with me showing me how to use all the features of the new Chevy Cruze that I purchased. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jennings Chevrolet appear to be straight forward and an honest company. Even Glen in the finance department was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable making me feel at ease with the transaction. It seems most of the staff there also own Chevys. I am extremely happy with my new 2015 Chevy Cruze. This is the first Chevy I have owned and most likely will not be the last! More
