A Good Car Shopping Experience I needed to replace a vehicle, knew Debbie Ress and Jennings is local so planned on doing some browsing on a day off of work. I was leaning towards n I needed to replace a vehicle, knew Debbie Ress and Jennings is local so planned on doing some browsing on a day off of work. I was leaning towards new but they had one used car that caught my eye. A 2011 Impala with 31K. Spoke to Debbie about it on the phone and she had all the service records printed when I got there. It was as described on-line so so we sat down to do battle over price. It wasn't a battle at all. Jennings had already replaced the brakes and tires so I thought it was a pretty good price to begin with but asked for nitrogen in the tires. They agreed. And it came with two oil changes! What more could I ask for? Financing! I fully expected to pay cash but they thought they could finance it, and they did. I wound up with an extended warranty and five years of payments (at a decent rate) for about a third the cost of new. Debbie walked me through all the details and options, set up the On-Star and Bluetooth and I drove home a happy camper. Four months later, the car has lived up to my expectations so I'm really pleased with the whole experience. I'd only been there for service, in the past, but will definitely go back when the time comes to buy again. A plus to Debbie and the Jennings team. More

I was not pushed to make the deal but it helped that I was provided with exact terms and warranty with no other confusing hidden fees. More

Chris "Mac" McElroy was my service consultant and he worked with me tirelessly to ensure I had a loaner car and worked with Fidelity on getting me the best equipment possible for my vehicle. While my car was in, he noticed I needed the wheels aligned and also took care of that for me. He communicated well every step of the way and I could not be happier with the work done. Mac when above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the dealership and with my warranty company. I highly recommend Jennings Chevrolet and Mac for your service needs. More

So I went back to Jennings and talked with Andy ( He's the BEST) and told him my story. He said I will give you a person who WILL sell you a Suburban. Guess What I get Debby!! O my God I was scared not to buy from her . She called me night and day to tell me she found a 2 wheel drive tri color white Suburban in Missouri. What I said , I'm not going to Missouri! She told me don't worry we will go get it for you. Well now your talking. I gave her my credit card number for a down payment ( she promised she would not go shopping on me) My wife would have something to say then. WELL when it arrived Debby called to say I had a baby and its here. Well like she said it was just Beautiful. She went over it 10 times so she knew I was aware of all the features.
