Best service in town I brought my car in for an oil change & to have the recalls updated. Chris found a few more issues going on. Francisco made the process hassle free and was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and charismatic and taught us much about the process. John Schmidt was also a fantastic help when it came to the financial portion of the process. He was completely transparent and laid everything out on the table and there were no surprises when it came down to costs. This was my first car leasing experience and Francisco and John together made it simple and dare I say, enjoyable. Great overall I was very pleased with the overall buying experience. I called a head to inform Debbie of the car I was interested in and as I arrived she had the ca I was very pleased with the overall buying experience. I called a head to inform Debbie of the car I was interested in and as I arrived she had the car set and ready for me to test drive it. When it came down to the final process of purchasing the car having Debbie and Davis working together to get the paperwork all in order decreased the time I was expecting to get everything in order. Rust on my Traverse I discovered rust on the front of my hood on my 2012 Traverse. A body man said it was not caulked all the way to the end, water sat in there, and now I discovered rust on the front of my hood on my 2012 Traverse. A body man said it was not caulked all the way to the end, water sat in there, and now rust bubbles have appeared. Jennings will do nothing about it, the car is still under warranty miles, but not time. I feel this isn't a warranty problem, when the car was built it was a QUALITY issue. I have always owned Chevy....no more! They don't stand behind their product. More
