New Car Purchase I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox from Jennings. Chris Hallenberg was the Sales Rep I worked with. This is the second car I purchased at Jennings I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox from Jennings. Chris Hallenberg was the Sales Rep I worked with. This is the second car I purchased at Jennings and Chris was the Sales Rep who sold me the first one. Chris made the process so easy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't try to coerce me into purchasing options or packages I did not want. Both times I worked with Chris, he seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the cars we looked at and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He ultimately found a car that has exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more delighted. Davis De Treville handled the financial part of the deal and he, too, was very helpful and easy to work with. He clearly explained the various warranties available and, like Chris, did not try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Since my first visit to Jennings nearly 15 years ago, every employee I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I have come to expect good customer service from Jennings. More
