She is efficient, knows everything about her vehicles, is honest and upstanding and goes the extra mile (she stays late to help her customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied). She hugs me when I come in for a service call and always asks about the kids, remembers their names and is genuinely kind and caring about anyone she has for a customer whether they buy from her or not.
