Very uncomfortable Experience I was never greeted properly upon arrival either by the porter nor the person that i had dealt with. i was told to sit in the lounge by the porter and I was never greeted properly upon arrival either by the porter nor the person that i had dealt with. i was told to sit in the lounge by the porter and someone would be in soon to assist me. He arrived in less then five minutes, the service person i dealt, and had stated out loud “Dike” or “xxxx” out loud by the lounge, trying to find me which neither are even close to my first name pronounced Deck•lot, but i knew it was me he was looking for, as they did to me in elementary years. I said yes sir thats me he said “follow me”. Follow me ? is what he stated, No good afternoon, or a Hi, or a Hello, or a how are you doing today. We continued down towards his office as we entered his small office stall again no greeting then i understood this mans nature when he said “What are you in for” (basically not happy to see me) i had stated “ i have called and made an appointment for a emissions C.E.L.” then he replied with a really agitated response “ What no oil changes today?” I stated “no sir, not today”. From then on he shoulders fell down to his waste as discouragment. We continued with the paper work and finished he stated “i will come let you know once we have diagnosed the repair” because i was waiting. Then i asked “ how long”, he stated 45 minutes to an hour, hour and a half later i went looking for him he said “the car was done and fixed and it would be another 10 minutes to get the tech to put his story in for book time” then he said. the reason of the C.E.L. and said he “ Go wait in the lounge and ill come get you when he is done.” I am sad to say then and there was the last time i told myself i would be going back to Jennings, for i have never been more treated more unfairly more poorly in any sort of a situation like this or similar to one. 18 min later i went “again” looking for him, not the other way around he said “come in tech is almost done” so while i was oddly just standing there we talked on how i was a lead tech once and then how i was a service supervisor for a leading diesel distributor company, he actually was neither interested nor obliged , he handed my keys to me once the tech had called and said he was done, handed my keys and stated “take care” and i left knowing that he didnt even bother telling me were my car was, i had to find it for myself. A little bit about my family we are Assyrians, i am the first Gen of my family, and have served two tours in Iraq during O.I.F. while in the Marines. As a leader while serving, and as a service supervisor for a big distributor that i shall not mention. More

If you go, ask for Fuad I worked with Fuad Ghosh initially for research about leasing vehicles, specifically a Camaro. He explained to me that at my youthful age that I should look into other vehicles due to insurance and total payments combined. He then gave me some pretty solid life advice that I'll likely apply in the near future. I went yesterday on May 9th, and today on May 10th I drove off the lot with a brand new 2018 Chevy Trax. I've had a past experience with Jennings in general and had a sub par experience at that time. I'm still going to give this a solid 5/5 because Fuad was amazing and really made up for all of it. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone! My fiance's older car's transmission was failing and not worth fixing, we weren't really prepared to buy a new car . Darren in service recommended that i come here and meet with Chris Hallenberg to see what kind of used options he had, I told him on the phone everything we were and were not looking for in a certified pre-owned Chevy. He put us down for Saturday morning and told me he had a few options close to what i needed. He showed us a '14 Cruze that was inside everything I needed without anything extra, literally the perfect car that we were looking for. My girlfriend absolutely loves the car she will not shut up about it! Chris was great, he had the car ready to show us right outside, while we were test driving the car the dealership was appraising her old vehicle which was pretty much a formality since it was basically worth the metal that hadn't rusted off yet and were done before we got back, he knew we were buying the car together and made sure each of the things we were concerned about having in a car were met, when we got back the negotiating was painless and we agreed on a very fair price and got the financing in order. Mark Jarosz in finance was great, he was very transparent with the financing, fought to get us a great loan, managed to get us an extended service warranty and still keep us right at our monthly budget, he also recommended an insurance agent that gave my girlfriend an awesome rate considering her not so great driving record which i thought was going to be our biggest hurdle, and he did it all way faster than i thought it would take. Overall I was there for a few hours and there was no wasted time, by the time finance was sorted Chris had already had the Cruze prepped and transferred her belongings to the new car and was ready to deliver the car to us. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from them and they treated us like we were buying our tenth. I will not be buying a car from anywhere else, thankyou guys for helping us when we were in need of a reliable car! More
