He explained all of the services Jennings offers, and answered all of our questions. The day of delivery was very good and we had a positive experience with Mark in finance. Afterward Darrin explained all functions of the vehicle and helped us activate OnStar and cell phone recognition. He said to call him anytime if we needed help with any of the electronics. We will recommend Darrin and Jennings to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Excellent experience overall! I was looking for a 2015 Traverse. As soon as I contacted the dealership, Jerry called me to speak about the car I was looking at. He was very friendl I was looking for a 2015 Traverse. As soon as I contacted the dealership, Jerry called me to speak about the car I was looking at. He was very friendly, wonderful to talk too, and most of all, not pushy! After speaking with Jerry, he found me the exact car I wanted with even lower miles. My husband I went in the next morning and set the deal in motion. In addition to speaking with many friendly knowledge people, they were also offering a very nice BBQ lunch in the lot. We also dealt with Mark in finance, he was a pleasure to work with also. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Jennings and I know that it will not be the last. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE at night and I drove to Jennings on the off-chance someone would be there. WONDERFUL Chris Hallenberg was just leaving work but stayed with me in my car until the phone was connected and everything was working properly! Talk about going above and beyond his job description! Give that guy a RAISE! He REALLY deserves it! Thank you, Chris. More

We walked into the dealership curious about the Tahoe, as we need a 3 row vehicle. Chris pointed us to the new Traverse and we fell in love with it. It was exactly what we were looking for. He is a friendly and helpful guy, who didn't pressure us in any way. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. I also went back a couple weeks later to get a TV/DVD player installed and everyone in the service department was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone, from the Service Manager, to the person who helps with rentals, to the cashier. Everyone was great and made the process painless. Not to mention the service took less than half the time they said it would. I would definitely go back to Jennings for another car and any future service. More
Beware Jennings for parts or service. I needed a new key for my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Jennings charged $45 for the look up and $9.00 for the key. They then Jennings for parts or service. I then took the problem to a Toyota dealer. They charge nothing for the look up and $5.00 for a key. Based on the prices, I consider Jennings to be an expensive place More
