It is Jennings’ level of customer service and care that has made us loyal customers. We are especially grateful for Mark Roman in Service and Fuad Ghosh in Sales. Mark has done much over the last 7 years to develop our deep appreciation for Jennings. Fuad cemented the relationship with his warm and professional approach to helping us through the purchasing process. And to cap it all off, Bob DiCicco in Finance provided a clear explanation of available warranty packages. Superlatives can become meaningless if overused, but truly, Jennings offered us the absolute finest experience. Long Distance Purchase a Complete Pleasure! I wanted to take a minute and thank Darrin Frank from Jennings Chevrolet. In May of 2018 I called about a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport they had for s I wanted to take a minute and thank Darrin Frank from Jennings Chevrolet. In May of 2018 I called about a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport they had for sale at their dealership. That first call set the tone, a good one, for the entire experience. I was not able to come see the car, many will say NEVER do such a thing, sure it's a new car, but it had been on the lot for quite some time. Darrin was amazing to work with through the entire purchase process. Even more impressive was Darrin's communication and helpfulness well after the actual sale, helping with shipping communication and other details. There was a small issue with an interior piece that I found once I received the car and I was beyond impressed with how Darrin and Jennings Chevrolet handled the issue to ensure I was completely happy. I've only purchased three new cars in my life and it amazes me that the best experience was an experience where I never saw the car personally or any of the people involved. Thank you Darrin!!! More

Jerry worked with us and helped us find a car that was within our price range. Before we purchased the car, we noticed a few issues with the paint and Jerry had them fixed the very next day. We brought the car home and my husband noticed another scratch and called Jerry right away. We brought it back in immediately and Jerry had the body shop fix it while he waited. Overall, great customer service throughout the process which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. More
