I am usually hesitant about shopping for a vehicle in the local area but Ms. Sprague provided the best in customer service. From the time we wanted to look for vehicle, she was not pushy or overbearing. We told her what we wanted, she found the vehicle and it was delivered on time as she stated. Ms. Sprague is the epitome of what a professional saleswoman should be and I will recommend her to any of my Soldiers, family and friends if they want a new vehicle. More

New Vehicle Purchase I was told, by the salesperson that this dealership is not an USAA recommended dealer but will beat USAA pricing. When he gave me the 1st price quote I was told, by the salesperson that this dealership is not an USAA recommended dealer but will beat USAA pricing. When he gave me the 1st price quote it was $1,000 more than what USAA quoted for me. I had to print the USAA price quote for him because he did not believe me. He took that quote to the finance personnel and came back and told me they will sell at the price I showed them. I was told that they will beat USAA pricing, A TOTAL LIE! On their website it says they will beat USAA pricing. More

Poor Customer Service I cannot right a review for the Sales side as I have not had any dealings with them. The service side I would not recommend. Our F350 had engine issue I cannot right a review for the Sales side as I have not had any dealings with them. The service side I would not recommend. Our F350 had engine issues so knowing it was under warranty we took it to Jenkins and Wynn service department. The first week they had our truck they had to tear the engine down to find the problem, we were ok with that. What I had a problem with is once they found the cause they should have ordered the parts then as we had already given the ok to do whatever they needed to regardless if we had to pay or warranty paid. So there alone wasted 2.5 days for warranty and another 2-3 days for the parts to come in. This will be 4 weeks now the truck is in the shop and still waiting on a few little parts to finish up. I understand things happen and repairs can take some time, but when almost a week was wasted before they started getting any parts that's concerning to me. When we dropped the truck off from being towed we let the service advisor know this was my husbands work truck and his means of income. They would only give him a little ford focus through warranty, and refused to help us out otherwise. So 4 weeks no truck, means no income, and now just to get him back working we are having to pay enterprise for a rental truck. Jenkins and Wynn service department has failed us in repairing the truck on time, and trying to help us out while my husband couldn't work. I even said if they could even pay for half of the truck rental I would be fine but they have refused to help in any way. I would not suggest taking your vehicle here that is your means of income for your family because they will do nothing to help a Customer out. Warranty or not if you have someone's livelihood vehicle; one don't take at least 4 weeks to fix and two try to help them with a rental bill. No money coming in, but we are having to pay even more out for a repair that is under Ford warranty. More

Good Service This is my local Ford dealership/service center. I take my Ford F350 in for routine scheduled maintenance and recalls, etc. The dealership just move This is my local Ford dealership/service center. I take my Ford F350 in for routine scheduled maintenance and recalls, etc. The dealership just moved to a new state-of-the-art facility. It's nice and clean, large and-well, new. The people are friendly, the service department appears to be credible and competent. The only negative comment I have is that the service department shared my cell number with a salesman who did not hesitate to text spam me. He wanted me to consider trading in my vehicle for a new one. Spam texting is unacceptable!! More
