Keeps spare keys! Terrible dealer.......here's what they did. I negotiated a price for their car and trade value for mine over the phone...I drove the 3 hours to this d Terrible dealer.......here's what they did. I negotiated a price for their car and trade value for mine over the phone...I drove the 3 hours to this dealer to make the deal. Now here's where it gets crappy....I applied for credit WITH the dealers lender.....THEIR BANK AND LOAN LENDER, remember that.....I gave them my trade and 5 g cash. Vehicle was 21k and trade was 5300 and another 5g cash....11k plus taxes, plates, title and now some $450 manditory dealer fee...when asked the finance lady said it's a dealer fee....We charge everyone that fee...WHAT?...OK let's continue, I signed all the term papers gave them my down payment and car title in trade....went to leave with my NEW purchase and noticed the spare set of keys were now missing from the car....Walked back in and manager "Rob" said it's policy from them to keep the keys till they get all their money!.....WHAT THE xxxx....So in a nutshell,....I drove 3 hours , left my traded in car, and 5g bank varified GOOD check, And couldn't get the spare keys becomes this dealer doesn't trust the very loan lender they do business with!!!!!!.....So if they don't get their OWN FINANCE company check, they could drive off with this car!......ITS THE DEALERS BANK....NOT MINE AND THE DEALER KEEPS KEYS?.........ILLEGAL and imoral.....NOT a neighborhood friendly dealer...avoid this bait and switch dealer....AVOID COMPLETELY.....I will never go back! More

I'm having a horrible experience. Almost a year ago I was in need of a car so I went to Jenkins & Wynne to purchase one! I met a friendly representative who helped me get into a car th Almost a year ago I was in need of a car so I went to Jenkins & Wynne to purchase one! I met a friendly representative who helped me get into a car that I shouldn't even got. We went into a used lot and I saw this black Ford and I asked could I test drive it. Before I can even test drive it we had to get a jump I decided to buy the vehicle the next day I was at work and I was trying to start the vehicle up in the car wouldn't start. So I had to get someone to jump me off. Took the car to the dealership and they gave me a new battery. So I thought all was well. Less than a month of me having this vehicle I was on the highway on my way to work and the transmission malfunction popped up on my LCD screen so the next day I had to take the car in and they said that the seal has broken on my transmission so I was almost a week without my car but they did with me and a loner. Got the car back I thought all was well. But I was wrong the month of October the car messed up on me again come to find out the seal has broken again went about another week without my car. I was able to get a loaner. 2 days later my car was messing up again this time it was the gear clutch in the RPM gauge. Had to take the car back again. So once they fixed it I thought I was okay. Only got 70 thousand miles on the car now. About 3 days ago I was on my way to get me something to eat on my lunch break and the engine light popped on and the car wouldn't go in reverse or drive so I was literally stuck in the middle of the road. Had to get the car towed back to Clarksville had to come on my pocket because Ford would not reimburse me. The next day I come to find out the computer went out on my transmission. This time ford would not give me loner! So I don't know how long I will be without my car! Try trading in the end but because of my upside down I can't! I feel like I was sold a lemon. Haven't had the car a whole year yet and having a lot of issues! But I can't say she has tried her best to help me. but this issue goes beyond her. More
