Usually I do not respond to ratings, but with yesterdays experience I felt that I must. My inspection sticker was scraped off (I had 2 more weeks on it). Sticky debris was left on my dashboard from the sticker. A rejection sticker was plastered on the window shield because of my tires. I checked them, the tip of Lincolns hair was still covered. Went to 2 different tire shops and both places said the tires will need to be replaced soon, but they should not have put a rejection sticker on my car. SO..... why did they not just park my car and wait for me??? I was test driving a crosstrek. I was so angry and still am. More
Poor service. I bought a brand new Crosstrek and have had multiple problems with the power windows. They have not done one thing to fix it. They just keep telling me they may need reset. Also, I had to recently replace my air conditioning compressor. They told me the day it was looked at what my total price would be to have it fixed. I gave them the go ahead to fix it. When everything was said and done the price was over $100 more than the total price they quoted me. They told me that shop supply fees and taxes were added. Advice Jenkins.....when you quote someone a total have everything added in already, not after the fact. This was not a cheap fix either. Heads up Subaru owners...it cost me over $1500. More
