The salesman was great. We had the deal made on the first try. The process was excellent to this point. The price quoted on the internet was spot on, and the trade in value was exactly what kbb quoted for my trade. All in less than 1 hour. Then began the wait. I set at a desk alone with no idea of what was taking so long. Then a short visit from finance. More waiting. Then a trip to finance to sell me a warranty which I declined right off. More sales talk. It was pushing 4:00 pm nearly 3 hours added to the 1 hour it took to make the deal. Only complaint is the time I sat doing nothing with no explanation as to why. More

We used True Car through Sam's Club and based on what we were looking for, Jenkins Subaru-Hyundai was provided as a dealership. We had done a lot of vehicle and pricing research homework in the local Pittsburgh region and were getting very similar pricing which was higher than we wanted to spend. Spoke with Kelly at Jenkins and was the best way to purchase a car. Great pricing, great information and highly responsive and no pressure to buy. We live almost 1.5 hours away and were a little torn on making the trip to buy but it was the best decision we could have made. Every step of the process with everyone we interacted with was positive, professional and so simple with no stress whatsoever. Trade in process was very fair. Post sale was great with several touchpoints for follow-up. Wish we lived closer to have our maintenance done here. More
