When paying for service, the lady taking my payment was very friendly and cordial. I indicated before leaving that I was having difficulty programming my new phone into handsfree (Bluetooth) usage, and one of the servicemen promptly took my keys, went to my car, and programed my new phone at no charge. When I called him back, he offered me what I felt was a more than fair offer to make the situation right, and I accepted. He did not ask me to change my review. He was more concerned about my family receiving what was fair and ensuring that I gave him the chance to earn my business in the future. I will now recommend Jenkins Subaru to anyone who asks. Jason was very friendly and showed us both Subaru's and Hyundai's. We didn't feel pressured at all even though we did need a car. Jason took the time to answer all our questions and show us everything about the cars we looked at. After looking at the vehicles we were interested in, we chose the Hyundai Santa Fe.
