They addressed and fixed the issue immediately I had just had a battery replaced a few weeks prior when my car failed to start. I called the dealership and was immediately worked in. A thorough test of electrical system was done, the replacement battery was found to be defective and was replaced with no charge under warranty and the service people reprogrammed all settings to the positions they were before replacing the battery and sent me happily on my way.
