Store manager was very nice when I dropped the car off at the end of the night. My help past point was less than ideal. Tammie spoke in a condescending manner. Had an appointment and was told it would take about 1-1/2 hrs. Was there for over 3hrs with no communication that it was going to take double the time for an oil change.
